丙烷芳構(gòu)化催化劑活性組分浸漬方法優(yōu)化

【摘要】:根據(jù)現(xiàn)有丙烷芳構(gòu)化催化劑的特性,考察等體積浸漬、真空等體積浸漬、微波等體積浸漬3種不同浸漬方法對鎵改性HZSM-5催化劑性能的影響,并結(jié)合多種技術(shù)表征,分析改性后催化劑內(nèi)部性能變化情況。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),浸漬方法對催化劑表面鎵的分散度具有明顯的影響,其中真空等體積浸漬具有更好的效果,使活性組分Ga分散更均勻,更有效地降低了分子篩的B酸位、增加了L酸位,進(jìn)而抑制了丙烷的裂解,增強(qiáng)了催化劑的脫氫、芳構(gòu)化能力,并且延長了催化劑的壽命。在反應(yīng)溫度為525℃,丙烷質(zhì)量空速(WHSV)為1h-1的條件下,取樣時(shí)間為丙烷通入后1.3h,丙烷轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)到93.8%,液相芳烴收率達(dá)到57.2%,BTX(苯、甲苯和二甲苯)收率達(dá)到48.6%。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of existing propane aromatization catalysts, the effects of three different impregnation methods, such as equal volume impregnation, vacuum equal volume impregnation and microwave equal volume impregnation, on the properties of gallium modified HZSM-5 catalysts were investigated. It is found that the impregnation method has an obvious effect on the dispersion of gallium on the surface of the catalyst, and the vacuum impregnation has better effect on the dispersion of Ga on the surface of the catalyst, and makes the active component Ga dispersed more evenly. The B acid site of molecular sieve is reduced more effectively, the L acid site is increased, the cracking of propane is inhibited, the dehydrogenation, aromatization ability of the catalyst is enhanced, and the life of the catalyst is prolonged, and the reaction temperature is 525 鈩,
