含2-氨基苯酚、2-氨基苯硫酚類化合物的合成及其性能研究

【摘要】:本論文主要利用三苯胺基和三唑基為熒光發(fā)色團(tuán),2-氨基苯酚中的氧原子和氮原子為螯合基團(tuán),亞胺為橋連基團(tuán),設(shè)計(jì)并合成了兩種銅離子和一種鐵離子小分子熒光探針,發(fā)現(xiàn)一種較為溫和的合成苯并噻唑化合物的方法,并對(duì)它們的光學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:1.設(shè)計(jì)并合成了一種基于C=N異構(gòu)化機(jī)理的“turn-on”型Cu~(2+)熒光探針(E)-2-((4-(二苯基氨基)亞芐基)氨基)苯酚M1。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),探針M1本身無熒光,但當(dāng)Cu~(2+)存在時(shí),M1的熒光強(qiáng)度發(fā)生了將近250倍的增強(qiáng),熒光顏色由無色變?yōu)榱了{(lán)色,在乙腈溶液和水性介質(zhì)中檢測(cè)限分別為1.8×10~(-7) M和8.5×10~(-7) M。探針M1實(shí)現(xiàn)了在CH3CN和水性介質(zhì)體系中對(duì)Cu~(2+)的優(yōu)異檢測(cè)。2.通過簡單的縮合反應(yīng)合成了一種“turn-on”型Fe~(3+)探針(E)-2-(((2-苯基-2H-1,2,3-三唑-4-基)亞甲基)氨基)苯酚(M2)。經(jīng)進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),向探針M2的溶液中加入Fe~(3+)后,該探針由無色溶液變?yōu)榱它S色,熒光由幾乎沒有熒光變?yōu)樗{(lán)色熒光,同時(shí)表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的抗干擾性能,Fe~(3+)的檢測(cè)限為4.7×10~(-7) M。并進(jìn)一步通過高分辨質(zhì)譜實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)探針M2和Fe~(3+)的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行了探究。3.利用簡單的生成席夫堿的縮合反應(yīng)成功合成了熒光探針M3,并對(duì)其光學(xué)性能和離子識(shí)別性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)向M3的CH3CN溶液中加入Cu~(2+)后,溶液由弱熒光變?yōu)辄S色的強(qiáng)熒光(檢出限為6.395×10~(-7) M)。4.以三苯胺醛和三唑醛分別為原料在乙醇為溶劑回流條件下與2-氨基苯硫酚合成了兩種苯并噻唑類化合物M4、M5。經(jīng)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)M5在不同極性溶劑中,表現(xiàn)出不同的光譜屬性,隨著溶劑極性的增加探針最大發(fā)射峰發(fā)生了明顯的紅移,且均具有較高的熒光量子產(chǎn)率。同時(shí)對(duì)其離子識(shí)別性能進(jìn)行研究時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),PA(苦味酸)可以使該探針發(fā)生明顯的熒光淬滅(檢出限1.6×10~(-7) M)。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly uses three aniline and three triazole based fluorescent chromophore, oxygen atom and nitrogen atom in the 2- aminophenol chelate group, imine as bridging groups, and design two kinds of copper ion and iron ion of a small molecule fluorescent probe was synthesized and found a more moderate approach to benzo thiazole compounds, and their optical properties were studied. The main contents are as follows: 1. design and synthesis of a C=N based on the isomerization mechanism of "turn-on" type Cu~ fluorescent probe (2+) (E) (-2- (4- (two amino phenyl) benzyl) amino phenol) M1. the study found that the probe M1 has no fluorescence, but when Cu~ (2+) exists, has enhanced nearly 250 times the M1 fluorescence intensity, fluorescence color change from colorless to light blue, in acetonitrile and in aqueous medium, the detection limits were 1.8 * 10~ (-7) M and 8.5 * 10~ (-7) M. probe M1 the realization of the CH3CN and water On the Cu~ medium (2+) a "turn-on" type Fe~ was synthesized by the condensation reaction of the excellent detection of.2. simple probe (3+) (E) (-2- ((2- -2H-1,2,3- three -4- phenyl triazole) Ya Jiaji) amino) phenol (M2). The experimental results show that when adding Cu~ to CH3CN solution of M3 (2+), fluorescence from weak solution yellow Qiang Yingguang (Frederick The limit is 6.395 * 10~ (-7) M).4. with three aniline aldehyde and three triazole aldehyde were two kinds of benzothiazole compounds M4 synthesized in ethanol solvent under reflux conditions for 2- and p-amino-benzenethiol, M5. through research, found that M5 in different polar solvents, showed different spectral properties with the increase of solvent polarity probe emission peak has obvious red shift, and the fluorescence quantum yield were high. At the same time found to study the ion recognition performance, PA (picric acid) can make the obvious fluorescence quenching probe (detection limit of 1.6 * 10~ (-7) M).
