重氮化合物參與的磷氧導(dǎo)向碳?xì)滏I芳構(gòu)化及其偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)的研究

【摘要】:最近十多年來,重氮化合物作為偶聯(lián)組分,已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于有機(jī)合成的反應(yīng)歷程中,包括碳?xì)滏I官能團(tuán)化反應(yīng),催化串聯(lián)反應(yīng)等等。這種類型的反應(yīng)為構(gòu)筑新型的碳碳鍵或者碳雜鍵提供了有效的合成方法。另外P,O,O-type骨架類型的化合物,不僅可以作為磷配體,而且還可以作為路易斯堿參與反應(yīng)進(jìn)程,高效合成此類化合物一直科學(xué)家們感興趣的課題。本論文主要闡述了以重氮化合物作為金屬卡賓的前體,分別通過磷氧導(dǎo)向的碳?xì)滏I官能團(tuán)化和碳鹵鍵切斷兩種策略合成P,O,O-type型骨架化合物。本論文主要包括以下兩個(gè)部分:一:闡述了近些年來磷氧;衔镒鳛閷(dǎo)向基團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)的一系列偶聯(lián)反應(yīng),以及重氮化合物作為偶聯(lián)組分在碳?xì)滏I官能團(tuán)化中的進(jìn)展。主要研究了重氮化合物參與的磷氧導(dǎo)向的碳?xì)滏I芳構(gòu)羥基化,該策略在溫和的條件下,高效合成了一系列P,O,O-type型骨架磷配體,底物普適性高,產(chǎn)物可以進(jìn)行各種衍生化。二:總結(jié)了近些年來利用重氮化合物作為金屬卡賓前體經(jīng)過碳鹵鍵切斷實(shí)現(xiàn)的一系列偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)尤其是串聯(lián)反應(yīng),這其中經(jīng)歷了重要的遷移插入的過程。本文重點(diǎn)研究了含磷的碘代化合物與重氮化合物合成P,O,O-type型骨架磷配體,這種模式理論上可以實(shí)現(xiàn)磷配體的不對(duì)稱合成。
[Abstract]:In the last decade, diazo compounds have been widely used in the reaction process of organic synthesis, including the functionalization of hydrocarbon bonds. Catalytic series reaction, etc. This type of reaction provides an effective synthesis method for the construction of new carbon-carbon bond or carbon heterodyne bond. In addition, the compounds of the framework type of Pao O-type can not only be used as phosphorous ligands, but also as phosphorous ligands. It can also be used as Lewis base to participate in the reaction process, the efficient synthesis of such compounds has been a subject of interest to scientists. This paper mainly describes diazo compounds as precursors of metal carbene. In this paper, we have synthesized PnOOOO-type skeleton compounds by phosphorus-oxide-oriented carbon-hydrogen bond functionalization and carbohalide bond cutting respectively. This thesis mainly includes the following two parts: 1. The phosphoroacyl compounds have been described as the orientation in recent years. A series of coupling reactions realized by the group, As well as the progress of diazo compounds as coupling components in the functionalization of hydrocarbon bonds. The aromatics of diazo compounds involved in phosphorus-hydrogen bonds were studied in this paper. The strategy was used in mild conditions. A series of phosphorous ligands of PNO O-type skeleton have been synthesized efficiently, and the substrate has high universality. Second, a series of coupling reactions, especially series reactions, using diazo compounds as precursors of metal carbene by halogenation of carbohalide bonds in recent years have been summarized. This process has undergone an important process of migration and insertion. In this paper, the synthesis of phosphorus-containing iodide compounds and diazo compounds has been studied. This model can realize the asymmetric synthesis of phosphorous ligands theoretically.
