【摘要】:熒光液晶材料是指在化合物液晶相區(qū)間內(nèi)仍然具有優(yōu)異發(fā)光性能的液晶材料,其顯著特點是在濃縮態(tài)下具有高熒光和高量子產(chǎn)率。該特性就要求材料本身必須克服聚集誘導(dǎo)猝滅(ACQ)效應(yīng),即保持材料在聚集狀態(tài)下的高熒光,旨在通過應(yīng)用其自身發(fā)光的特性,實現(xiàn)液晶顯示器件的高效節(jié)能。在這些液晶材料中,氰基二苯乙烯類化合物因其典型的聚集誘導(dǎo)發(fā)光性質(zhì)、高濃度時依舊保持強(qiáng)熒光等特性,受到廣泛的關(guān)注。本論文在充分調(diào)研國內(nèi)外發(fā)光液晶材料研究工作的基礎(chǔ)上,將具有優(yōu)良液晶性能的席夫堿結(jié)構(gòu)單元引入到發(fā)光性能優(yōu)異的α-氰基二苯乙烯結(jié)構(gòu)中,通過改變兩端柔性鏈的長度,調(diào)節(jié)其分子長徑比,設(shè)計、合成一系列液晶性能優(yōu)異的α-氰基二苯乙烯衍生物,并通過引入缺電子的硼原子,對席夫堿結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行修飾,合成一系列高熒光α-氰基二苯乙烯有機(jī)硼化合物。目標(biāo)化合物的光物理性質(zhì)通過紫外吸收光譜、熒光發(fā)射光譜等進(jìn)行研究;其液晶性質(zhì)和發(fā)光各向異性等性質(zhì),通過熱重測試(TGA)、差示量熱掃描測試(DSC)和偏光顯微鏡(POM)測試等進(jìn)行研究。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、本論文設(shè)計、合成了一系列α-氰基二苯乙烯席夫堿類化合物,并進(jìn)一步制備了有機(jī)硼化合物。我們利用FT-IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR表征手段,對合成的目標(biāo)化合物進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)表征。2、α-氰基二苯乙烯席夫堿類化合物的光物理性質(zhì),利用紫外-可見吸收光譜、熒光發(fā)射光譜進(jìn)行研究;液晶性質(zhì)和發(fā)光各向異性等性質(zhì),利用熱重測試、差示量熱掃描測試和偏光顯微鏡測試等來進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果表明:席夫堿類化合物都具有高熱穩(wěn)定、寬液晶相區(qū)間,多液晶相態(tài)等特點,其液晶相區(qū)間隨柔性鏈長度發(fā)生規(guī)律性變化:先增大后減小,且相變點逐漸降低,向室溫液晶靠近。部分席夫堿化合物具有固態(tài)高熒光、膜樣品偏振發(fā)光等特點。3、α-氰基二苯乙烯有機(jī)硼化合物的光物理性質(zhì)研究表明:目標(biāo)化合物具有高摩爾吸收系數(shù)、強(qiáng)的溶液和固態(tài)發(fā)光、高量子產(chǎn)率等特點。熱重測試(TGA)、差示量熱掃描測試(DSC)和偏光顯微鏡(POM)測試研究表明:此類有機(jī)硼化合物具有優(yōu)秀的熱穩(wěn)定性、穩(wěn)定的液晶相區(qū)間,強(qiáng)的熒光和高熒光量子產(chǎn)率等特點;大部分目標(biāo)化合物都具有明顯的指紋態(tài)自組裝過程,且其電場響應(yīng)性質(zhì)優(yōu)異。
[Abstract]:Fluorescent liquid crystal material is the liquid crystal material that still has excellent luminous property in the liquid crystal phase range of compound. Its remarkable characteristic is that it has high fluorescence and high quantum yield in the concentrated state, which requires the material itself to overcome the agglomeration induced quenching (ACQ) effect, that is, to maintain the high fluorescence of the material in the aggregated state. The purpose of this paper is to realize the high efficiency and energy saving of liquid crystal display devices by applying its own luminescence characteristics. Among these liquid crystal materials, cyano-stilbene compounds have the characteristic of typical aggregation induced luminescence and still maintain strong fluorescence at high concentration. Based on the research work of luminescent liquid crystal materials at home and abroad, Schiff base structure units with excellent liquid crystal properties are introduced into 偽 -cyano-stilbene structure with excellent luminescence properties. A series of 偽 -cyano-stilbene derivatives with excellent liquid crystal properties were designed and synthesized by changing the length of the flexible chains at both ends and adjusting the aspect ratio of the molecules. The structure of Schiff base was modified by introducing boron atoms lacking in electrons. A series of highly fluorescent 偽 -cyanostilbene organic boron compounds were synthesized. The photophysical properties of the target compounds were studied by UV absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra. A series of 偽 -cyano-stilbene Schiff bases were designed and synthesized by thermogravimetric test (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing microscope (POM). Organic boron compounds were further prepared. The structure of the synthesized target compounds was characterized by FT-IRN 1H-NMR13C-NMR, and the photophysical properties of the Schiff base compounds were characterized by UV-Vis absorption spectra. The properties of liquid crystal and luminescent anisotropy were studied by thermogravimetry. The results show that the Schiff base compounds have the characteristics of high thermal stability, wide liquid crystal phase range, multi-liquid crystal phase state, and so on. The liquid crystal phase range changes regularly with the length of the flexible chain. The phase transition point decreases gradually, and the phase transition point decreases gradually. Some Schiff base compounds have high fluorescence in solid state. The photophysical properties of organic boron compounds with 3, 偽 -cyano-stilbene show that the target compounds have high molar absorption coefficient, strong luminescence in solution and solid state. The thermogravimetric test (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing microscope (POM) have shown that these organic boron compounds have excellent thermal stability and stable liquid crystal phase range. Most of the target compounds have obvious fingerprint state self-assembly process and excellent electric field response.
