多價(jià)金屬離子增強(qiáng)瓊脂-聚丙烯酸復(fù)合雙網(wǎng)絡(luò)水凝膠及其自修復(fù)性能

【摘要】:使水凝膠同時(shí)具備高強(qiáng)度和自修復(fù)性能,采用"一鍋法"制備了多價(jià)金屬離子Ca~(2+)、Al~(3+)、Fe~(3+)增強(qiáng)瓊脂(Agar)-聚丙烯酸(PAAc)復(fù)合雙網(wǎng)絡(luò)水凝膠Ca~(2+)/Agar-PAA、Al~(3+)/Agar-PAA和Fe~(3+)/Agar-PAAc雙網(wǎng)絡(luò)水凝膠。研究不同多價(jià)金屬離子對(duì)Agar-PAAc雙網(wǎng)絡(luò)水凝膠的增強(qiáng)作用及Fe~(3+)/Agar-PAAc的自修復(fù)自愈合性能。結(jié)果表明,Fe~(3+)/Agar-PAAc的拉伸強(qiáng)度(320.7kPa)和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率(1 130%)分別為Ca~(2+)/Agar-PAAc的12倍和9倍,Fe~(3+)/Agar-PAAc的斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率與Al~(3+)/Agar-PAAc相當(dāng),但拉伸強(qiáng)度為Al~(3+)/Agar-PAAc的5倍。對(duì)樣品實(shí)施定應(yīng)變拉伸使內(nèi)部發(fā)生破壞,被破壞的Fe~(3+)/Agar-PAAc在Fe~(3+)溶液中浸泡30 min,修復(fù)率達(dá)到100%。被破壞的Fe~(3+)/Agar-PAAc在50℃環(huán)境中處理15min,修復(fù)率達(dá)到100%。切斷的Fe~(3+)/Agar-PAAc凝膠斷面被固定在一起,在密封環(huán)境中放置48小時(shí),試樣斷面可自愈合,且可拉伸至約8倍初始長(zhǎng)度。Fe~(3+)/AgarPAAc雙網(wǎng)絡(luò)水凝膠具有優(yōu)異力學(xué)性能和自修復(fù)性能,不施加溫度、化學(xué)物質(zhì)等外界刺激,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩重網(wǎng)絡(luò)均具有自修復(fù)性能的效果。
[Abstract]:Hydrogels have both high strength and self-repairing properties. The polyvalent metal ions Ca~(2 / Agar-PAA / Ca~(2 / Agar-PAA / Agar-PAA / Agar-PAA / Fe~(3 / Agar-PAAc double network hydrogels were prepared by one-pot method. The effects of different multivalent metal ions on Agar-PAAc double-network hydrogels were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break of Fe~(3 / Agar-PAAc were 12 and 9 times of that of Ca~(2 / Agar-PAAc, respectively, and the elongation at break of Agar-PAAc was equal to that of Al~(3 / Agar-PAAc. But the tensile strength is 5 times higher than that of Al~(3 / Agar-PAAc. The damaged Fe~(3 / Agar-PAAc was immersed in the Fe~(3 solution for 30 minutes, and the repair rate reached 100.
