含氟席夫堿型環(huán)氧液晶聚合物的合成與表征

【摘要】:合成了席夫堿型含氟液晶單體(4-烯丙氧基苯甲酸)-2-甲氧基-4-三氟甲氧基苯胺亞甲基-苯酯(M)和環(huán)氧液晶單體(4-烯丙氧基苯甲酸)-4-(2,3-環(huán)氧丙氧基)-苯酯(E),將它們接枝共聚到含氫聚硅氧烷上,得到系列含氟席夫堿型環(huán)氧液晶聚合物PI~PVI。采用紅外光譜、核磁共振、差示掃描量熱、熱重分析、偏光顯微鏡和X射線衍射等手段對(duì)單體及聚合物的結(jié)構(gòu)和液晶性能進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,聚合物PI~PVI呈現(xiàn)向列相。從PI到PVI隨著單體M含量的減少,聚合物玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度(T_g)和清亮點(diǎn)(T_i)均呈下降趨勢(shì)。該系列聚合物熱穩(wěn)定性良好,液晶區(qū)間在36.4~177.5℃之間。
[Abstract]:Schiff base liquid crystal monomers containing fluorine (4-allyloxy benzoic acid) -2-methoxy -4- trifluoromethoxyaniline methylene phenyl ester (M) and epoxy liquid crystal monomer (4-allyloxy benzoic acid) were synthesized and grafted with Ester. Copolymerized onto hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, A series of fluorine-containing Schiff base epoxy liquid crystalline polymers (PI- PVI) were obtained by IR, NMR, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The structure and liquid crystal properties of monomers and polymers were characterized by polarizing microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the polymer PI~PVI presented nematic phase, and from Pi to PVI decreased with the decrease of monomer M content. The glass transition temperature (T _ g) and the T _ (I)) of the polymer show a downward trend. The series of polymers have good thermal stability and the liquid crystal range is between 36.4 鈩,
