熒光增白劑快速檢測方法和儀器的研究

【摘要】:將自行研制的超高亮發(fā)光二極管激發(fā)光源-熒光光譜系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于熒光增白劑的檢測。利用前表面熒光技術(shù)研究熒光增白劑現(xiàn)場快速檢測儀,并應(yīng)用于生活用品中熒光增白劑的定量測定。采用自組裝超高亮發(fā)光二極管激發(fā)光源-熒光光譜系統(tǒng),定量分析了學(xué)生作業(yè)本中熒光增白劑的含量和遷移量,建立了熒光增白劑快速檢測方法。主要是測定了熒光劑遷移到手指上的量方法。采用自行組裝的超高亮發(fā)光二極管激發(fā)光源-熒光光譜系統(tǒng),通過模擬消費者的實際使用方式,測定護(hù)膚品面膜敷豬皮前后的熒光值計算熒光劑遷移到皮膚上的量,這種新檢測裝置具有儀器設(shè)備簡單、穩(wěn)定性和再現(xiàn)性好,無需前處理樣品,可原位快速定量檢測熒光增白劑遷移到皮膚上的量,建立了符合面膜實際使用狀況的熒光增白劑遷移量檢測方法。在研究學(xué)生作業(yè)本和護(hù)膚品中熒光增白劑檢測方法及其儀器裝置的基礎(chǔ)上,研究出一種可定性和定量現(xiàn)場快速檢測熒光增白劑的儀器,并對該儀器的性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了測試。通過對熒光增白劑現(xiàn)場快速檢測儀的準(zhǔn)確度、重復(fù)性、線性范圍、穩(wěn)定性、檢測時間、接觸電流、保護(hù)接地、介電強(qiáng)度和外觀等參數(shù)性能指標(biāo)測試。研究并制定出熒光增白劑現(xiàn)場快速檢測儀的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和檢測方法。采用自行研制的熒光增白劑現(xiàn)場快速檢測儀,對洗滌劑中熒光增白劑進(jìn)行了定性分析和定量測定,本方法簡單快速,與國標(biāo)目視檢測方法具有較好的相關(guān)性。采用自行研制的熒光增白劑現(xiàn)場快速檢測儀對濕巾和衛(wèi)生巾中熒光增白劑的含量和遷移量進(jìn)行測定,該方法前處理簡單,在10 min內(nèi)實現(xiàn)了濕巾中熒光增白劑遷移量現(xiàn)場快速定量測定和衛(wèi)生巾中熒光增白劑遷移量現(xiàn)場快速篩查。采用超高亮發(fā)光二極管用作熒光增白劑檢測的激發(fā)光源系統(tǒng),將該激發(fā)光源系統(tǒng)與熒光光譜儀聯(lián)用,實現(xiàn)了學(xué)生作業(yè)本和護(hù)膚品中熒光增白劑的含量和遷移量的定性和定量測定。利用研究成的超高亮發(fā)光二極管激發(fā)光源系統(tǒng)結(jié)合前表面熒光光度技術(shù),研制出熒光增白劑現(xiàn)場快速檢測儀,并根據(jù)熒光增白劑現(xiàn)場快速檢測儀工程化和商品的需要,研究了熒光增白劑現(xiàn)場快速檢測儀器的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和測試方法,并將熒光增白劑現(xiàn)場快速檢測儀應(yīng)用于洗滌劑、濕巾和衛(wèi)生巾中熒光增白劑的定性和定量測定。目前,該儀器已實現(xiàn)商品化。
[Abstract]:The self-developed ultra-bright light-emitting diode excitation light source and fluorescence spectrum system were applied to the detection of fluorescent brighteners. The fluorescence brightener field rapid detection instrument was studied by using the front surface fluorescence technique. It has been applied to the quantitative determination of fluorescent brighteners in daily necessities. The content and migration of fluorescent brighteners in students' workbooks have been quantitatively analyzed by using self-assembled ultra-high light emitting diode excitation light source and fluorescence spectrum system. The rapid detection method of fluorescent brightening agent was established. The method of measuring the amount of fluorescent agent moving onto the finger was mainly determined. The self-assembled ultra-bright light emitting diode excitation light source-fluorescence spectrum system was used to simulate the actual usage of consumers. Measuring the fluorescence value of skin Care Mask before and after Pig skin coating to calculate the amount of fluorescent Agent migrating to the skin, this new detection device has the advantages of simple instrument, good stability and reproducibility, and no need to pretreat the sample. In situ rapid quantitative detection of the amount of fluorescent whitening agents migrated to the skin, In this paper, a method of detecting the amount of fluorescent brightener migration in accordance with the actual use of facial mask is established. Based on the study of the detection method of fluorescent brightener and its apparatus in student workbooks and skin care products, A qualitative and quantitative instrument for rapid detection of fluorescent brighteners was developed, and the performance of the instrument was tested. The accuracy, repeatability, linear range and stability of the instrument were measured. Detection time, contact current, protective grounding, The performance index of dielectric strength and appearance was tested. The standard and method of fast detection of fluorescent brightener in situ were studied and worked out. The qualitative analysis and quantitative determination of fluorescent brighteners in detergents were carried out. The method is simple and rapid. The content and mobility of fluorescent brightener in wet napkins and sanitary napkins were determined by using the self-developed fluorescence brightener rapid detector, and the pretreatment of the method was simple. In 10 min, rapid quantitative measurement of fluorescent brightening agent migration in wet napkins and rapid screening of fluorescent whitening agent migration in sanitary napkins were realized. The ultra-bright light emitting diode was used as the excitation light source system for fluorescent brightening agent detection. The excitation light source system is combined with the fluorescence spectrometer. The qualitative and quantitative determination of the content and migration of fluorescent brighteners in student workbooks and skin care products has been realized. This paper developed a fast detecting instrument for fluorescent brightener in situ. According to the need of engineering and commodity, the standard and method of fast detection instrument for fluorescent brightener were studied. The instrument has been applied to the qualitative and quantitative determination of fluorescent brighteners in detergents, wet napkins and sanitary napkins. At present, the instrument has been commercialized.
