【摘要】：目的建立頂空進(jìn)樣氣相色譜法測定恩格列凈原料藥中10種溶劑的殘留量,以期為恩格列凈原料藥的質(zhì)量控制提供試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法采用頂空氣相色譜法測定;毛細(xì)管色譜柱為Aglient DB-624柱(25 m×0.53 mm,3.0μm);程序升溫;FID檢測器;氮?dú)鉃檩d氣;流速為1.0 m L·min-1;頂空平衡溫度為80℃;平衡時間為20 min;用外標(biāo)法計(jì)算甲醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷、環(huán)己烷、四氫呋喃、乙醇、乙醚、叔丁基甲醚、乙酸乙酯和乙酸共10種殘留溶劑的含量。結(jié)果在本色譜條件下10種殘留溶劑在各自的質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)均具有良好的線性關(guān)系,平均回收率為90.45%~102.45%,重復(fù)性RSD≤2%(n=6)。結(jié)論本方法適用于恩格列凈原料藥中溶劑殘留量的檢查。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a headspace gas chromatographic method for the determination of 10 solvents residues in Ngleglidine bulk drug, in order to provide experimental basis for the quality control of Ngleglidine bulk drug.
