介孔氧化鋁的可控制備及優(yōu)異除氟性能

【摘要】:以偏鋁酸鈉(NaAlO_2)和氯化鋁(AlCl_3·6H_2O)為鋁源,葡萄糖(C_6H_(12)O_6·H_2O)為模板劑,采用水熱及高溫焙燒技術(shù)制備了不同晶型的氧化鋁。用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、N2吸附脫附(BET)對制備產(chǎn)物的晶型、形貌及孔結(jié)構(gòu)進行了表征。研究了不同晶型氧化鋁對F-的吸附性能,結(jié)果表明550℃條件下的煅燒產(chǎn)物γ-Al_2O_3對F-的吸附效果最佳。吸附等溫線結(jié)果表明介孔γ-Al_2O_3吸附F-為單層吸附,其Langmuir最大吸附容量為5.96mg/g。吸附動力學試驗表明,介孔γ-Al_2O_3在5min內(nèi)已吸附超過90%的F-,且吸附過程與準二級動力學模型相吻合。介孔γ-Al_2O_3吸附F-的機理涉及OH-與F-的離子交換。
[Abstract]:Alumina of different crystalline forms was prepared by hydrothermal and high-temperature roasting techniques, using NaAlO _ 2) and AlCl _ (3 路6H _ 2O) as aluminum source and glucose C6H _ (12) O _ (6 路H _ 2O) as template. The crystal types of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRDX) and SEM (SEMU / N _ 2 adsorption and desorption of BETs). The morphology and pore structure were characterized.
