石墨富集結(jié)合空間約束水體重金屬LIBS檢測方法研究

【摘要】:針對水體重金屬污染檢測的需求,研究了以高純石墨片為水體富集基底,樣品多次富集結(jié)合等離子體空間約束的水體重金屬LIBS檢測方法,并對Pb,Cu,Cd,Ni等不同重金屬元素的測量穩(wěn)定性及檢測限進(jìn)行了分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用波長為1 064nm的Nd∶YAG調(diào)Q激光器,分辨率為0.1nm的光纖光譜儀分別對上述水體中重金屬元素含量的特征光譜進(jìn)行分光探測。結(jié)果表明,樣品多次富集結(jié)合空間約束方法能夠有效地提高水體重金屬檢測的靈敏度及穩(wěn)定性并降低元素檢測限,空間約束條件下特征光譜強(qiáng)度增強(qiáng)約2.5倍,光譜穩(wěn)定性也得到提高,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差由非約束情況下的11.34%降低至8.77%。對不同濃度的Pb,Cu,Cd,Ni四種重金屬元素進(jìn)行檢測并建立定標(biāo)曲線,Pb,Cu,Cd,Ni的檢測限均低于國家工業(yè)廢水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的1/6,滿足工業(yè)廢水重金屬的檢測需求,為工業(yè)廢水重金屬的減排控制與超標(biāo)排放預(yù)警監(jiān)測提供了一種有效方法和技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of heavy metal pollution detection in water, the LIBS detection method of heavy metals in water body with high purity graphite sheet as the water enrichment substrate and multiple enrichment samples combined with plasma spatial constraints was studied. The measurement stability and detection limit of different heavy metal elements, such as Pb, Cu, Cu, CD, Ni and so on, were analyzed. The Nd:YAG Q-switched laser with wavelength of 1064 nm was used in the experiment. The optical fiber spectrometer with a resolution of 0.1 nm was used to detect the characteristic spectra of heavy metal elements in the above water respectively. The sensitivity and stability of heavy metal detection and the limit of element detection can be improved effectively by the method of multiple enrichment and spatial constraint. The characteristic spectral intensity is enhanced about 2.5 times and the spectral stability is also improved under the condition of spatial constraint. The relative standard deviation (RSDs) was reduced from 11.34% under unconstrained conditions to 8.77.The detection limits of four heavy metals in different concentrations of PBN, CuCU, CDN and Ni were all lower than 1 / 6 of the national standard for industrial wastewater discharge, and the detection limits were all lower than that of the national industrial wastewater discharge standard (1 / 6), which met the requirements of industrial wastewater. Heavy metal detection requirements, It provides an effective method and technical support for the emission reduction control and early warning monitoring of heavy metals in industrial wastewater.
