含半不穩(wěn)定邊臂配體的鈦配合物催化丙交酯聚合

【摘要】:聚乳酸類材料作為可生物降解性材料具有廣闊的應用前景。設計、合成了6種含半不穩(wěn)定邊臂的希夫堿配體L1—L6,并與鈦酸四異丙酯絡合合成相應的6種配合物C1—C6,配合物的結構和化學組成經(jīng)元素分析、紅外測試確定。將其作為催化劑催化丙交酯開環(huán)聚合,以催化劑C1為考察對象,系統(tǒng)研究了催化劑用量、溫度、時間對聚合反應的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)當單體與催化劑配比為2 000,溫度為160℃,反應24h時,聚合產率最高,達90.35%,聚合物分子量達8.41×104。在上述優(yōu)化條件下,比較了催化劑C1—C6的活性,結果表明催化劑活性按以下順序遞減:C6C4C3C1C2C5,同時,催化劑中心金屬鈦原子周圍位阻相對稍小,配體中含配位能力較弱的半不穩(wěn)定O邊臂均有利于提高催化劑的活性。
[Abstract]:Polylactic acid materials as biodegradable materials have broad application prospects. Six Schiff base ligands L1-L6 with semi-unstable edge arms were synthesized and complexed with tetraisopropyl titanate to form six corresponding complexes C1-C6. The structure and chemical composition of the complexes were analyzed by elemental analysis. The effects of the amount of catalyst, temperature and time on the polymerization of lactide were systematically studied by using the catalyst C1 as the object of investigation, which was used as catalyst to catalyze the ring-opening polymerization of lactide.
