β-HgS量子點(diǎn)的制備、性質(zhì)及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:β-HgS量子點(diǎn)因其具有可調(diào)諧的可見(jiàn)-近紅外熒光和帶間熒光而在光轉(zhuǎn)換和熒光成像等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文綜述了β-HgS量子點(diǎn)的制備、性質(zhì)及應(yīng)用,重點(diǎn)梳理了β-HgS量子點(diǎn)在有機(jī)相和水相中的兩大類共計(jì)五種制備方法,闡述了其不同于塊狀β-HgS的獨(dú)特性質(zhì),總結(jié)了其在離子探測(cè)、細(xì)胞成像、活體成像、光轉(zhuǎn)換器和熒光油墨等領(lǐng)域的最新應(yīng)用。最后針對(duì)制約β-HgS量子點(diǎn)應(yīng)用的主要問(wèn)題(如應(yīng)用于光轉(zhuǎn)換器件中的轉(zhuǎn)換效率和熒光量子產(chǎn)率不高、應(yīng)用于生物熒光成像中的特異性識(shí)別能力不足和生物相容性較差等),提出了我們的解決方案:一方面,將β-HgS量子點(diǎn)自組裝形成特定的納米結(jié)構(gòu),以期提高其光轉(zhuǎn)換效率和熒光量子產(chǎn)率;另一方面,通過(guò)將手性生物分子引入到β-HgS量子點(diǎn)表面來(lái)制備手性β-HgS量子點(diǎn),以期增強(qiáng)其在體內(nèi)和體外熒光成像中的特異性識(shí)別能力和改善其生物相容性。本文將為β-HgS量子點(diǎn)的發(fā)展提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:尾 -HgS quantum dots have broad application prospects in many fields such as optical conversion and fluorescence imaging due to their tunable visible-near infrared fluorescence and inter-band fluorescence. The preparation, properties and applications of 尾 -HgS quantum dots are reviewed in this paper. In this paper, five preparation methods of 尾 -HgS quantum dots in organic phase and water phase are reviewed, and their unique properties different from block 尾 -HgS are described, and their applications in ion detection, cell imaging and in vivo imaging are summarized. The latest applications of optical converters and fluorescent inks. Finally, the main problems that restrict the application of 尾 -HgS quantum dots (such as low conversion efficiency and low fluorescence quantum yield in optical converters) are discussed. In this paper, we put forward our solution: on the one hand, we self-assemble 尾 -HgS quantum dots to form specific nanostructures. On the other hand, chiral 尾 -HgS quantum dots were prepared by introducing chiral biomolecules into the surface of 尾 -HgS quantum dots. In order to enhance its specific recognition ability in vivo and in vitro fluorescence imaging and improve its biocompatibility, this paper will provide a new idea for the development of 尾 -HgS quantum dots.
