【摘要】：建立白術(shù)的薄層鑒別與其中3種內(nèi)酯類成分含量同時(shí)測(cè)定方法。使用硅膠GF_(254)薄層板對(duì)白術(shù)進(jìn)行定性鑒別;利用UPLC-PDA梯度洗脫法同時(shí)測(cè)定白術(shù)內(nèi)酯Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,選用Waters BEH C_(18)色譜柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),流動(dòng)相為乙腈-水,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)235 nm。薄層鑒別特征明顯,專屬性強(qiáng);含量測(cè)定的方法學(xué)考察結(jié)果符合規(guī)定,白術(shù)內(nèi)酯Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ線性關(guān)系良好(r0.999 9),平均回收率分別為93.48%(RSD 1.4%),94.97%(RSD 1.6%),92.71%(RSD 1.2%)。所建立的白術(shù)薄層鑒別方法專屬性強(qiáng)、重復(fù)性好,3種內(nèi)酯類成分同時(shí)測(cè)定方法操作簡(jiǎn)單、靈敏度高,兩者結(jié)合可以更好的用于白術(shù)的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。
