【摘要】：目的建立HPLC法同時測定太子金顆粒(太子參、枳實、砂仁等)中5種成分的含有量。方法該藥物甲醇提取液的分析采用Phenomenex Luna C18色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.4%磷酸為流動相,梯度洗脫;體積流量1.0 m L/min;柱溫30℃;檢測波長254 nm(金絲桃苷、槲皮素)、283 nm(橙皮苷、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷)。結(jié)果橙皮苷、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、金絲桃苷、槲皮素分別在0.060 80~0.608 0μg(r=0.999 7)、0.009 202~0.092 02μg(r=0.998 8)、0.016 01~0.160 1μg(r=0.998 9)、0.012 80~0.128 0μg(r=0.999 2)、0.013 20~0.132 0μg(r=0.999 6)范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,平均加樣回收率分別為100.20%、99.37%、98.89%、100.17%、100.46%,RSD分別為0.80%、0.97%、0.73%、1.10%、1.14%。結(jié)論該方法準(zhǔn)確、可靠、簡便,可用于太子金顆粒的質(zhì)量控制。
