可光、化學(xué)降解聚苯乙烯的合成與性能研究

【摘要】:通過1,3-二碘甲基-2-硝基苯與雙(2-甲基丙酸)三硫代碳酸酯的高效聚酯化反應(yīng)合成了主鏈中含有鄰硝基芐酯和三硫代碳酸酯基團的聚合物,以其作為大分子鏈轉(zhuǎn)移劑,進行苯乙烯的可逆加成斷裂鏈轉(zhuǎn)移(RAFT)聚合,獲得了多嵌段聚苯乙烯.大分子鏈轉(zhuǎn)移劑和多嵌段聚苯乙烯的結(jié)構(gòu)及分子量通過核磁氫譜(1H-NMR)和凝膠滲透色譜(GPC)進行了表征.考察了多嵌段聚苯乙烯溶液和固態(tài)的降解性能及熱性能.實驗結(jié)果表明,多嵌段聚苯乙烯不僅在紫外輻照條件下可發(fā)生光降解,而且也可通過胺解和水解反應(yīng)進行降解.熱重分析(TGA)和示差掃描量熱(DSC)結(jié)果顯示,鄰硝基芐酯基團和三硫代碳酸酯基團的引入,對于多嵌段聚苯乙烯玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度和熱穩(wěn)定性并沒有明顯的影響.
[Abstract]:Polymers containing o-nitrobenzyl and trithiocarbonate groups in the main chain were synthesized by the high performance polyesterification reaction of 1-diiodomethyl -2-nitrobenzene with bis-2-methyl-propionic acid) trithiocarbonate, which was used as a macromolecular chain transfer agent. The reversible addition chain transfer chain transfer polymerization (RAFT) of styrene was carried out. Multiblock polystyrene was obtained. The structure and molecular weight of macromolecular chain transfer agent and multiblock polystyrene were characterized by 1H-NMRs and GPC. Degradation and thermal properties. Experimental results show that, Multiblock polystyrene can be degraded not only by UV irradiation, but also by amination and hydrolysis. The results of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSCC) show that, The introduction of o-nitrobenzyl ester group and trithiocarbonate group has no obvious effect on the glass transition temperature and thermal stability of polystyrene.
