超細銀納米線的合成與形貌調(diào)控

【摘要】:近年來,銀納米線因其在柔性觸摸屏、有機發(fā)光二極管、太陽能電池等方面有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,成為納米材料研究的熱點之一。本論文旨在探討超細銀納米線的可控生長,以便合成出超細、超大長徑比、顆粒少的銀納米線。本論文獲得的主要研究結(jié)果如下:1.制備出顆粒含量少的超細銀納米線在最優(yōu)實驗條件下,采用多元醇法和Cl-/Br-共存下,得到了超細(直徑為21±2.96nm)、超大長徑比(~1500)、顆粒少(5.5%wt)的銀納米線。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)形核溫度提高到180℃,并在生長階段將溫度降至160 ℃后,可以抑制AgBr/AgCl大顆粒降解及二次成核,降低產(chǎn)物中顆粒的濃度。此外,還發(fā)現(xiàn)僅使用Br-一種形核劑,很難進一步降低銀納米線的直徑。2.實現(xiàn)了超細銀納米線的擴量制備改變攪拌方式、降低鹵素離子濃度,逐步放量合成后,超細銀納米線合成原液量從10 mL提高到150 mL,產(chǎn)率從23%提升到40%,且納米線的長度、直徑不發(fā)生明顯變化。該納米線經(jīng)過簡單的清洗、配墨和涂布后,可制備透過率高達91.73%、霧度低至1.62%、方塊電子在59Ω·sq-1 且方塊電阻的不均勻度僅為6.65%的高質(zhì)量透明導(dǎo)電薄膜。
[Abstract]:In recent years, silver nanowires have a wide application prospect in flexible touch screen, organic light-emitting diode, solar cell and so on, and have become one of the hot spots in the research of nanomaterials. This paper aims to discuss the controllable growth of ultra-fine silver nanowires. The main results obtained in this paper are as follows: 1. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the ultrafine silver nanowires with low particle content were prepared by polyol method and Cl-r / Br-co-existence. Ultrafine silver nanowires with a diameter of 21 鹵2.96 nm / m ~ (-1), a large aspect ratio of ~ 1500g / L, and a little particle size of 5.5w ~ (t) were obtained. It was found that the degradation and secondary nucleation of AgBr/AgCl particles could be inhibited when the nucleation temperature was increased to 180 鈩,
