六羥甲基三聚氰胺的甲醚化反應(yīng)機(jī)理分析及動(dòng)力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:在硝酸催化下進(jìn)行六羥甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)與甲醇的甲醚化反應(yīng),生成了六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺(HMMM)?疾炝朔磻(yīng)過程中甲醇濃度的變化,提出了HMM甲醚化反應(yīng)的機(jī)理并建立了動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合出醚化動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù),分析了不同反應(yīng)溫度下醚化度-時(shí)間關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,該反應(yīng)是典型的可逆平衡反應(yīng),pH=3.5下,當(dāng)溫度由30℃升高至55℃時(shí),甲醚化反應(yīng)平衡常數(shù)由1.17增大至2.79。甲醚化正逆反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)與溫度的關(guān)系分別為k1=8.54×10~6×exp(-5.39×10~4/RT)與k2=257×exp(-2.79×10~4/RT)。根據(jù)van't Hoff方程計(jì)算了該甲醚化反應(yīng)表觀反應(yīng)焓為25.97 k J×mol~(-1),表觀反應(yīng)熵為86.5 J×(mol·K)~(-1)。
[Abstract]:The methoxymethyl melamine (HMMM) reaction with methanol was carried out under the catalysis of nitric acid. The change of methanol concentration during the reaction was investigated. The mechanism of HMM methyl ether reaction was put forward and the kinetic model was established. The etherification kinetic parameters were fitted by experimental data, and the relationship between etherification degree and time at different reaction temperature was analyzed.
