3-溴-2,4-戊二酮的合成研究

【摘要】:以2,4-戊二酮和三溴吡啶鹽為原料合成了3-溴-2,4-戊二酮。探討了合成過(guò)程中原料摩爾比、反應(yīng)介質(zhì)、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間等因素對(duì)產(chǎn)物收率的影響,獲得較佳合成條件:n(2,4-戊二酮)∶n(三溴吡啶鹽)=1.2∶1,反應(yīng)介質(zhì)為二氯甲烷,反應(yīng)溫度45℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間1.5h,產(chǎn)品收率達(dá)92.5%。目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)紅外光譜(FT-IR)、元素分析、核磁共振氫譜(~1H NMR)和核磁共振碳譜(~(13)C NMR)測(cè)定和結(jié)構(gòu)表征。此方法具有操作簡(jiǎn)單、環(huán)境友好、產(chǎn)率高的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:3-bromo-2-pyridine 4-pentanedione was synthesized from 2-bromo-4-pentanedione and tribromopyridine salt. The molar ratio of raw materials, reaction medium and reaction temperature were discussed. The reaction time and other factors affected the yield of the product.
