基于QEPAS技術(shù)的乙炔微量氣體高靈敏度檢測研究

【摘要】:石英增強(qiáng)光聲光譜(QEPAS)是近年來發(fā)展起來的一種痕量氣體探測技術(shù),具有系統(tǒng)體積小、價(jià)格低廉、探測靈敏度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。乙炔(C_2H_2)是一種化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑的有毒氣體,對它進(jìn)行高靈敏度檢測在變壓器故障診斷、環(huán)境監(jiān)測等領(lǐng)域有著重要的意義,基于此,采用QEPAS技術(shù)對C_2H_2微量氣體展開高靈敏度檢測研究。采用輸出波長為1.53μm的連續(xù)波分布反饋半導(dǎo)體激光器作為激發(fā)光源。為了提高信噪比和簡化數(shù)據(jù)處理過程,QEPAS傳感器系統(tǒng)采用波長調(diào)制和2次諧波探測技術(shù)。為了提高QEPAS系統(tǒng)信號幅值,相比于常見的共振頻率為32.768kHz的石英音叉,采用了共振頻率較低的30.72kHz石英音叉作為聲波傳導(dǎo)器,同時還優(yōu)化了石英音叉與激光束的空間位置、激光波長調(diào)制深度,并添加了聲波微共振腔,選擇的微共振腔長度為4mm、內(nèi)徑為0.5mm,最終獲得了2.7ppm的優(yōu)異檢測極限,歸一化噪聲等效吸收系數(shù)為1.3×10~(-8) cm~(-1)·W·Hz~(-1/2)。
[Abstract]:Quartz enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy (QEPAS) is a kind of trace gas detection technology developed in recent years, which has small system size and low price. Acetylene C2H2) is a kind of toxic gas with active chemical properties. It is of great significance in transformer fault diagnosis and environmental monitoring to detect it with high sensitivity. Based on this. The high sensitivity detection of C _ 2H _ 2 trace gas was studied by using QEPAS technique. The CW distributed feedback semiconductor laser with output wavelength of 1.53 渭 m was used as the excitation source. Noise ratio and simplified data processing process. The QEPAS sensor system adopts wavelength modulation and second harmonic detection technology. In order to improve the signal amplitude of QEPAS system, it is compared with the quartz tuning fork with a common resonance frequency of 32.768 kHz. The 30.72 kHz quartz tuning fork with low resonance frequency is used as the acoustic conduction device. The spatial position of the quartz tuning fork and laser beam, the laser wavelength modulation depth and the acoustic microresonator are also optimized. The length of the microresonator is 4 mm and the inner diameter is 0.5 mm. Finally, the excellent detection limit of 2.7 ppm is obtained. The equivalent absorption coefficient of normalized noise is 1.3 脳 10 ~ (-8) cm ~ (-1) 路W 路Hzn ~ (-1).
