【摘要】:姜具有豐富的食品價(jià)值和藥用保健功效,姜皮中含有豐富的生物活性成分,具有廣闊的開發(fā)前景。研究應(yīng)用二極管陣列高效液相色譜法對(duì)姜皮中姜辣素物質(zhì)進(jìn)行了分析,色譜條件為:Syncronis C_(18)柱,流動(dòng)相是乙腈和0.1%甲酸水為流動(dòng)相,采用梯度洗脫,流速1.0 m L/min,柱溫為30℃,檢測波長280 nm。在0~200 mg/L范圍內(nèi)五種姜辣素類物質(zhì)均具有良好的線性關(guān)系。精密度RSD值在0.02%~1.24%之間。加標(biāo)回收率在95.45%~99.52%之間,最低檢出限在0.014~0.091μg/m L之間。該法快速,簡便,靈敏,準(zhǔn)確,重現(xiàn)性好,可有效地用于姜皮中姜辣素類物質(zhì)含量的測定。
