【摘要】：樹(shù)枝狀大分子是一種具有精確三維結(jié)構(gòu)的納米材料。目前,對(duì)于樹(shù)枝狀大分子的研究,逐漸從合成和表征各式各樣的樹(shù)枝狀大分子轉(zhuǎn)向到對(duì)其特殊功能和應(yīng)用的研究。傳統(tǒng)的熒光成像探針大多數(shù)為小分子化合物,其發(fā)展受到特異性低、穩(wěn)定性差、停留時(shí)間短、可修飾基團(tuán)少和毒性大等缺點(diǎn)的限制。樹(shù)枝狀大分子具備獨(dú)特的分子結(jié)構(gòu)如大量可設(shè)計(jì)性的末端官能團(tuán)和廣闊的分子內(nèi)空腔以及選擇多樣化的優(yōu)勢(shì),使其在熒光生物成像領(lǐng)域中有良好的應(yīng)用前景。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了基于樹(shù)枝狀大分子的有機(jī)熒光探針和量子點(diǎn)探針在生物成像方面最新的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Dendritic macromolecules are nanomaterials with precise three-dimensional structure. At present, dendritic macromolecules have been studied. From the synthesis and characterization of various dendritic macromolecules to the study of their special functions and applications, the traditional fluorescent imaging probes are mostly small molecular compounds, their development is low specificity and poor stability. Short stay. Dendritic macromolecules have unique molecular structures such as a large number of designable terminal functional groups and broad intramolecular cavities as well as the advantages of diverse selection. In this paper, the recent research progress of organic fluorescent probes and quantum dot probes based on dendritic macromolecules in biological imaging is introduced.
