【摘要】:采用GC-MS分析金絲梅藥渣在高溫甲醇條件下的解聚液化產(chǎn)物.金絲梅藥渣高溫甲醇解聚產(chǎn)物所含成分復(fù)雜,GC-MS分析共鑒定出116種化合物.化合物的類型主要有酯類、酮類、酚類、苯類、含氮類及其它類化合物,酯類化合物相對質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)最高,為43.35%,共47種,大部分是甲酯類化合物,其中棕櫚酸甲酯(No.95)的相對質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)最高,達(dá)4.48%.甲醇參與了金絲梅藥渣高溫甲醇解聚反應(yīng),同時存在酯化反應(yīng)和高溫萃取作用,金絲梅藥渣的高溫解聚反應(yīng)的機(jī)理有待更深入的研究.該研究結(jié)果為金絲梅化學(xué)成分研究及藥渣的進(jìn)一步利用提供了科學(xué)依據(jù).
[Abstract]:GC-MS was used to analyze the depolymerization and liquefaction products of Jinsi plum dregs under the condition of high temperature methanol, and the components of the high temperature methanol depolymerization products were complex. The main types of compounds were esters, ketones, phenols, benzene, nitrogen-containing compounds and other compounds. The relative mass fraction of esters was the highest. There are 47 species, most of which are methyl esters, among which methyl palmitate No. 95 has the highest relative mass fraction. Methanol was involved in the high temperature methanol depolymerization reaction, esterification reaction and high temperature extraction. The mechanism of the high temperature depolymerization reaction of Jinsi plum residue needs to be further studied. The results provide scientific basis for the study of chemical composition and the further utilization of the residue.
