【摘要】:用混合法制備了含有五氧化二釩(V2O5)、二氧化鈦(Ti O_2)和三氧化鉬(Mo O_3)的三元催化劑,用于連續(xù)氣固相氨氧化2-甲基吡啶合成2-氰基吡啶。結(jié)果表明,助催化組分三氧化鉬(Mo O3)能提高2-氰基吡啶的選擇性,當(dāng)催化劑組成為8.91%(wt)V2O5、85.84%(wt)Ti O_2和5.25%(wt)Mo O_3時(shí)2-氰基吡啶的選擇性最好;诟倪M(jìn)后的V-Ti-O-Mo催化劑,對(duì)2-甲基吡啶的氨氧化反應(yīng)工藝條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度380oC、物料配比1:5:3.3:22(2-甲基吡啶/氨氣/水/空氣,摩爾比)、空速0.15 h-1時(shí),2-氰基吡啶收率達(dá)到最優(yōu)值85.6%。
[Abstract]:Ternary catalysts containing vanadium pentoxide V _ 2O _ 5, TIO _ 2 / TIO _ 2 and Mo _ 2O _ 3) were prepared by mixing method. In this paper, 2-cyanopyridine was synthesized by continuous gas-solid ammonia oxidation of 2-methylpyridine. The results show that the co-catalytic component molybdenum trioxide Moo _ 3) can improve the selectivity of 2-cyanopyridine. When the composition of the catalyst is 8.91wtn V _ 2O _ 5. The selectivity of 2-cyanopyridine is the best in the range of 85.84 W _ t _ 2O _ 2 and 5.25 W _ T _ Mo _ O _ 3, based on the improved V-Ti-O-Mo catalyst. The process conditions for the ammonia oxidation of 2-methylpyridine were optimized. When the reaction temperature was 380 OC, the molar ratio of 1: 5: 3. 3: 22 to 2-methylpyridine / ammonia / water / air was 1: 5. The yield of 2-cyanopyridine reached the optimum value of 85.6at the space velocity of 0.15 h ~ (-1).
