【摘要】：目的建立RP-HPLC法同時測定醋延胡索配方顆粒中原阿片堿、鹽酸巴馬汀、鹽酸小檗堿、脫氫紫堇堿、延胡索乙素、四氫小檗堿和延胡索甲素的方法。方法采用Ultimate AQ-C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(三乙胺調p H值至6.0)(10∶90)為流動相,梯度洗脫,體積流量為1.0 m L/min,檢測波長為280 nm。結果原阿片堿線性范圍為6.8~119.0 ng,r=0.999 9,平均回收率為98.2%,RSD為2.0%;鹽酸巴馬汀線性范圍為24.38~426.65 ng,r=0.999 9,平均回收率為99.6%,RSD為2.8%;鹽酸小檗堿線性范圍為8.88~155.40 ng,r=0.999 9,平均回收率為100.2%,RSD為1.3%;脫氫紫堇堿線性范圍為77.66~1 359.05 ng,r=0.999 9,平均回收率為99.0%,RSD為2.2%;延胡索乙素線性范圍為41.4~724.5 ng,r=0.999 9,平均回收率為100.8%,RSD為2.6%;四氫小檗堿線性范圍為6.70~117.25 ng,r=0.999 7,平均回收率為98.7%,RSD為2.5%;延胡索甲素線性范圍為25.50~446.25 ng,r=0.999 9,平均回收率為97.7%,RSD為2.2%。結論該法分離度好,快速簡便,重現(xiàn)性好,可用于醋延胡索配方顆粒的質量控制。
[Abstract]:Simultaneous determination of yanhusuo granules of protopine, aim to establish an RP-HPLC method for Bamatin hydrochloride, berberine hydrochloride, dehydrocorydaline, tetrahydropalmatine, four tetrahydroprotoberberines and Yin Hu Suojia pigment. Methods Ultimate AQ-C18 column (250 mm * 4.6 mm, 5 m); acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (three adjust the H value to 6 p triethylamine) (10: 90) as mobile phase, gradient elution, flow volume of 1 m L/min, the detection wavelength was 280 nm. the protopine linear range of 6.8~119.0 ng, r=0.999 9, the average recovery rate was 98.2%, RSD was 2%; the acid salt bar Martin, the linear range of 24.38~426.65 ng r=0.999, 9, the average recovery rate was 99.6%, RSD was 2.8%; the range of berberine hydrochloride was 8.88~155.40 r=0.999 linear ng, 9, the average recovery rate was 100.2%, RSD was 1.3%; dehydrocorydaline is linear in the range of 77.66~1 359.05 ng, r=0.999 9, the average recovery rate was 99%, RSD was 2.2%; Hu Yan The cable was used a linear range of 41.4~724.5 ng, r=0.999 9, the average recovery rate was 100.8%, RSD was 2.6%; four tetrahydroprotoberberines linear range of 6.70~117.25 ng, r=0.999 7, the average recovery rate was 98.7%, RSD was 2.5%; Corydaline in the linear range of 25.50~446.25 ng, r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 97.7%, RSD conclusions the 2.2%. method is quick and simple, good separation and good reproducibility, can be used for quality control of yanhusuo granules.
