【摘要】:中國是一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國,擁有豐富的秸稈。農(nóng)作物秸稈中的木質(zhì)素是一種天然可再生芳香高聚物,具有良好應用價值。研究秸稈中木質(zhì)素的分離回收方法對秸稈資源的有效利用有重大意義。目前木質(zhì)素的分離方法多樣化,不同處理方法對木質(zhì)素的分離具有較大的影響。本文結合木質(zhì)素與某些金屬離子螯合呈可溶性鹽這一特點,采用堿法與亞硫酸鈉法復合處理秸稈,提出一種簡單新型分離秸稈中木質(zhì)素的方法。通過正交試驗研究了氫氧化鈉、亞硫酸鈉、硫酸鋅添加量及pH對木質(zhì)素分離的影響,并找出一種最佳的木質(zhì)素分離方案。研究表明氫氧化鈉添加量及pH對木質(zhì)素分離影響顯著,隨著氫氧化鈉濃度及pH的增加,木質(zhì)素的分離效果增加。其最佳方案中木質(zhì)素的提取率最高可達97.14%,凍干后木質(zhì)素回收率為88.97%,制備的木質(zhì)素磺酸鋅鹽中鋅質(zhì)量分數(shù)為2.4%。本研究為秸稈中木質(zhì)素的分離回收及秸稈有效利用提供了一種簡單的新途徑。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country with abundant straw. Lignin in crop straw is a kind of natural renewable aromatic polymer. It is of great significance to study the separation and recovery methods of lignin from straw for the effective utilization of straw resources. At present, the separation methods of lignin are diversified. Different treatment methods have great influence on the separation of lignin. Combined with the characteristic that lignin chelates with some metal ions as soluble salt, the straw was treated by alkali method and sodium sulfite method. A new method for separating lignin from straw was proposed. The effects of sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfite, zinc sulfate and pH on lignin separation were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the addition of sodium hydroxide and pH had a significant effect on the separation of lignin, with the increase of sodium hydroxide concentration and pH. The extraction rate of lignin was up to 97.14, and the recovery rate of lignin was 88.97% after freeze-drying. The zinc content of the prepared zinc sulfonate is 2.4.This study provides a new simple way for the separation and recovery of lignin from the straw and the efficient utilization of the straw.
