【摘要】:采用氫氧化鈉和過氧化鈉高溫熔融樣品,用熱水提取熔融物,在堿性條件下,分離硅、硼及鈉鹽。以鹽酸和氫氟酸溶解沉淀,選擇Nb 309.418nm、Zr 257.139nm、Ti 334.941nm作為分析線,使用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法(ICP-AES)同時(shí)測定了Nb_2O_5、ZrO_2和TiO2含量,從而建立了鑭玻璃廢粉中Nb_2O_5、ZrO_2和TiO2的測定方法。試驗(yàn)確定了最佳熔樣條件,結(jié)果如下:在0.5g樣品中加入3.0g氫氧化鈉、1.5g過氧化鈉,在750℃下熔融10min。通過譜線及背景輪廓、信背比、信號強(qiáng)度等條件選擇了最佳分析線。試驗(yàn)表明基體的質(zhì)量濃度在0.1mg/mL以下對待測組分無影響,共存元素La、Ni、Ce、Ba、Sr、Si、B的干擾可以忽略。Nb_2O_5、ZrO_2和TiO2的線性范圍分別是1.00~15.0μg/mL、1.00~10.0μg/mL和1.00~15.0μg/mL。各組分的校準(zhǔn)曲線線性相關(guān)系數(shù)均為0.999 9;檢出限為0.013%~0.016%。按照實(shí)驗(yàn)方法對鑭玻璃廢粉實(shí)際樣品中Nb_2O_5、ZrO_2和TiO2進(jìn)行測定,結(jié)果的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.59%~1.2%之間;并與X射線熒光光譜法(Nb_2O_5)、重量法(ZrO_2)和滴定法(TiO2)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對,測定結(jié)果相吻合。
[Abstract]:High temperature melting samples of sodium hydroxide and sodium peroxides were extracted by hot water. Silicon, boron and sodium salts were separated under alkaline conditions. NB 309.418nm was dissolved and precipitated by hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. Zr 257.139 nm Ti 334.941 nm was used as the analytical line for the simultaneous determination of Nb_2O_5 by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The determination method of NB _ 2O _ 5o _ 2 and TiO2 in La glass waste powder was established by ZrO_2 and TiO2. The optimum melting condition was determined.
