污泥好氧發(fā)酵過(guò)程中熱解特性變化研究

【摘要】:選用脫水污泥和木塊進(jìn)行好氧發(fā)酵,采用熱重分析儀對(duì)污泥好氧發(fā)酵過(guò)程中不同階段的污泥進(jìn)行熱重分析,研究不同階段污泥熱解特性的變化,并為探索污泥好氧發(fā)酵過(guò)程中有機(jī)質(zhì)的變化規(guī)律提供參考。結(jié)果表明,污泥熱解過(guò)程可分為4個(gè)階段,分別為:水分析出階段(T1)、揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物析出轉(zhuǎn)化階段(T2)、大分子有機(jī)物轉(zhuǎn)化析出階段(T3)和礦物質(zhì)分解階段(T4)。其中揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物析出轉(zhuǎn)化階段和大分子有機(jī)物轉(zhuǎn)化析出階段為失重的主要階段。隨著發(fā)酵時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),污泥的最大失重率逐漸減小。發(fā)酵第1、4、7、10、13、16天,污泥最大失重率分別為51.14%、43.50%、43.18%、39.79%、35.72%、35.46%。當(dāng)堆體處于升溫期時(shí),污泥樣品揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物析出轉(zhuǎn)化階段及大分子有機(jī)物轉(zhuǎn)化析出階段失重率變化較大,分別減少2.11%和4.13%;堆體溫度維持在40℃左右時(shí),污泥樣品大分子有機(jī)物轉(zhuǎn)化析出階段失重率變化較大,3 d內(nèi)減少了4.68%。第13天與第16天污泥樣品總失重率僅相差0.22%,好氧發(fā)酵在第13天已接近結(jié)束。不同發(fā)酵階段污泥樣品均以大分子有機(jī)物轉(zhuǎn)化析出階段失重率為最大,揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物析出轉(zhuǎn)化階段次之,礦物質(zhì)分解階段最小。有機(jī)質(zhì)降解主要發(fā)生在發(fā)酵第1~4天和第7~10天,其中第1~4天污泥中揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物和大分子有機(jī)物均有顯著降解,第7~10天以大分子有機(jī)物降解為主。
[Abstract]:Dehydrated sludge and wood block were selected for aerobic fermentation, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to analyze the pyrolysis characteristics of sludge in different stages of aerobic fermentation. The changes of pyrolysis characteristics of sludge in different stages were studied, and the reference was provided for exploring the change law of organic matter in aerobic fermentation of sludge. The results show that the pyrolysis process of sludge can be divided into four stages: water analysis stage (T1), volatile organic matter precipitation and transformation stage (T2), macromolecular organic matter transformation precipitation stage (T3) and mineral decomposition stage (T4). With the prolongation of fermentation time, the maximum weight loss rate of sludge decreased gradually.
