成都平原典型Cd污染區(qū)稻米Cd、Zn含量特征及其健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)探討

【摘要】:在成都平原選取了2個(gè)鎘污染程度不同的區(qū)域,測(cè)定了污染區(qū)內(nèi)稻米樣本中的Cd、Zn質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),分析了這些元素含量隨污染程度的變化,探討了農(nóng)民就地消費(fèi)稻米的安全性。結(jié)果表明,中度(Ⅲ類土)、重度(超Ⅲ類土)Cd污染區(qū)稻米Cd質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)超標(biāo)嚴(yán)重,超標(biāo)率分別達(dá)75%和100%,而且重度污染區(qū)稻米中的Cd含量是中度污染區(qū)的近5倍,但Zn含量差異很小,表明隨著土壤Cd含量的增加,會(huì)加劇稻米Cd累積和Zn的相對(duì)缺乏,從而進(jìn)一步降低食品的安全性;中度Cd污染區(qū)65%、重度Cd污染區(qū)92%的稻米樣品Cd/Zn比值超過了食物Cd/Zn的健康臨界值0.015。分別參照WHO和USEPA推薦的成人RFD(Cd)值和當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窳?xí)慣食物消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu),分析表明對(duì)于農(nóng)民就地消費(fèi)稻米來說均存在較大程度的潛在Cd暴露風(fēng)險(xiǎn),特別是重度污染區(qū)。因此,對(duì)于成都平原Cd污染區(qū),研究相應(yīng)的控制Cd污染技術(shù)并采取適宜的膳食結(jié)構(gòu)做調(diào)節(jié),來確保每日飲食中Cd的安全含量顯得尤為迫切。
[Abstract]:Two areas with different cadmium pollution degree were selected in Chengdu plain to determine the Cd,Zn content in rice samples in the polluted area, and the changes of these elements with the pollution degree were analyzed, and the safety of farmers consuming rice in situ was discussed. The results showed that the Cd content of rice in moderate (class III soil) and severe (super class III soil) Cd contaminated areas exceeded the standard seriously, the exceeding standard rate was 75% and 100%, respectively, and the content of Cd in rice in severe polluted area was nearly 5 times higher than that in moderately polluted area, but the difference of Zn content was very small, which indicated that with the increase of soil Cd content, the accumulation of Cd and the relative shortage of Zn in rice would be aggravated, thus further reducing the safety of food. The Cd/Zn ratio of rice samples in moderate Cd contaminated area and 92% rice sample in severe Cd contaminated area exceeded the health critical value of food Cd/Zn 0.015. Referring to the adult RFD (Cd) value recommended by WHO and USEPA and the structure of local residents' customary food consumption, the analysis showed that there was a great potential risk of Cd exposure for farmers to consume rice in situ, especially in heavily polluted areas. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to study the corresponding Cd pollution control technology and adopt the appropriate dietary structure to ensure the safe content of Cd in the daily diet for the Cd pollution area of Chengdu Plain.
