呼和浩特市再生水水質(zhì)動(dòng)態(tài)及滴灌堵塞效應(yīng)分析

【摘要】:為研究再生水在儲(chǔ)存、調(diào)蓄過(guò)程中的水質(zhì)變化,保證再生水的安全高效利用,本文以呼和浩特市內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)生活污水處理廠出水為研究對(duì)象,以自來(lái)水為對(duì)照,利用室內(nèi)理化分析試驗(yàn),分別研究了不同季節(jié)三種材質(zhì)儲(chǔ)水器中存放22天的再生水的水質(zhì)動(dòng)態(tài)及其相關(guān)性的變化;利用室外滴灌試驗(yàn)測(cè)定了在三種儲(chǔ)水器中儲(chǔ)存一段時(shí)間后再生水的滴灌灌水器堵塞效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:(1)在不同材質(zhì)的儲(chǔ)水器中存放時(shí),再生水和自來(lái)水的水質(zhì)變化規(guī)律不同,產(chǎn)生的藻類(lèi)和微生物的形貌、種類(lèi)和數(shù)量不同。特別是在夏季,塑料桶中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的藻類(lèi),桶內(nèi)呈綠色。同一儲(chǔ)存條件下再生水的溫度高于自來(lái)水的溫度。(2)塑料桶中有藻類(lèi)大量繁殖,總磷下降明顯,化學(xué)需氧量(CODcr)較高,波動(dòng)較大。塑料桶能吸附水中的Ca2+、Mg2+等金屬離子,在桶壁沉積,形成一層水垢,導(dǎo)致水中硬度明顯的下降。塑料桶有利于水中總磷和硬度的減小。氨氮在不同儲(chǔ)水器中的變化差異不大,在儲(chǔ)存過(guò)程中有增大的趨勢(shì),但是變化不明顯。水泥池中CODcr值最小,CODcr變化最小,水泥池有利于CODcr的降低。(3)夏季自來(lái)水和再生水的初始水質(zhì)對(duì)水溫、CODcr、總磷有極顯著的影響,儲(chǔ)存條件對(duì)再生水和自來(lái)水的CODcr、硬度和總磷有極顯著的影響,儲(chǔ)存條件對(duì)水溫有顯著的影響;在冬季初始水質(zhì)對(duì)CODcr、總磷、氨氮和硬度有極顯著的影響,對(duì)水溫有顯著的影響,儲(chǔ)存條件對(duì)水溫有極顯著的影響。(4)再生水水質(zhì)的變化過(guò)程可以描述為:在適宜的溫度和光照條件下,再生水中微生物和藻類(lèi)代謝旺盛,微生物分解有機(jī)物,造成CODcr的下降;藻類(lèi)利用再生水中豐富的N、P、K等大量繁殖,導(dǎo)致水中總磷含量的降低,CODcr開(kāi)始升高;溫度升高時(shí),CaCO3、MgCO3在水中的溶解度降低,從水中析出,附著到桶壁或池底,導(dǎo)致水中硬度的減小。夏季溫度較冬季高,水質(zhì)的變化幅度較冬季大。(5)受季節(jié)和儲(chǔ)水器類(lèi)型的影響,水質(zhì)指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)性不同,冬季總磷和硬度、溫度、CODcr、氨氮有較強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性,硬度與CODcr、氨氮有較強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性,硬度與溫度有一定相關(guān)性,CODcr與氨氮有較強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性。夏季總磷和硬度、CODcr有較強(qiáng)相關(guān)性,溫度與CODcr有一定的相關(guān)性。在塑料桶中,總磷與溫度有一定相關(guān)性,總磷與CODcr有較強(qiáng)相關(guān)性;而在鐵皮桶中,總磷與硬度有較強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性,總磷與溫度、COD有一定的相關(guān)性。在水泥池中,溫度與總磷、CODcr有一定的相關(guān)性,總磷與CODcr有較強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性。(6)三種儲(chǔ)存條件下的再生水用于滴灌時(shí),對(duì)灌水器的堵塞效應(yīng)不同。塑料桶儲(chǔ)水器中的再生水用于滴灌時(shí),最容易導(dǎo)致灌水器的堵塞,在經(jīng)過(guò)31次灌水后,兩種滴灌管的平均流量分別降低了30%和75%。而水泥池中再生水造成滴灌堵塞最輕微,鐵皮桶次之。滴灌灌水器堵塞時(shí),會(huì)被沖開(kāi),使流量出現(xiàn)回升。大流量的圓柱型滴灌管的抗堵塞能力比小流量的貼片式滴灌帶強(qiáng)?傊,再生水在儲(chǔ)存過(guò)程中各水質(zhì)指標(biāo)及其相關(guān)性會(huì)受到儲(chǔ)存條件的影響,存在明顯的季節(jié)差異,夏季水質(zhì)變化較大。塑料桶雖然對(duì)總磷和硬度的減小有一定作用,但是由于其中藻類(lèi)的繁殖導(dǎo)致水質(zhì)惡化,用于滴灌時(shí)容易對(duì)滴灌系統(tǒng)造成堵塞。水泥池是較為理想的再生水儲(chǔ)水器。

[Abstract]:In order to study the change of the water quality in the storage and storage of the reclaimed water and to ensure the safe and efficient utilization of the reclaimed water, the water from the domestic sewage treatment plant of the Inner Mongolia Normal University of Hohhot City is the research object, the water is used as the control, and the indoor physical and chemical analysis test is used. In this paper, the water quality and the correlation of the water quality of the reclaimed water stored for 22 days in three kinds of water storage tanks of different seasons were studied, and the blocking effect of the drip irrigation emitter after a period of storage for some time in the three water storage tanks was determined by the outdoor drip irrigation test. The results show that: (1) In the storage of different materials, the water quality of the reclaimed water and tap water is different, and the appearance, species and quantity of the algae and the micro-organisms are different. In particular in the summer, a large amount of algae is generated in the plastic barrel, and the barrel is green. The temperature of the regenerated water at the same storage condition is higher than the temperature of the tap water. (2) There is a large number of propagation of algae in the plastic bucket, the total phosphorus is obviously lower, and the chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) is higher and the fluctuation is large. The plastic bucket can absorb the metal ions such as Ca2 + and Mg2 + in the water, and deposit on the wall of the barrel to form a layer of scale, resulting in a significant decrease in the hardness of the water. The plastic bucket is beneficial to the reduction of total phosphorus and hardness in water. The difference of ammonia nitrogen in different water storage devices is not large, and there is a tendency to increase in the storage process, but the change is not obvious. The CODcr value in the cement pool is the smallest, the change of CODcr is the minimum, and the cement pool is beneficial to the reduction of CODcr. and (3) the initial water quality of the tap water and the reclaimed water in summer has a remarkable effect on the water temperature, the CODcr and the total phosphorus, the storage condition has a remarkable effect on the CODcr, the hardness and the total phosphorus of the reclaimed water and the tap water, and the storage condition has a remarkable effect on the water temperature; and in the winter, the initial water quality is good for CODcr, total phosphorus, The effect of ammonia nitrogen and hardness on the water temperature is very significant, and the storage condition has a very significant effect on the water temperature. (4) the process of changing the water quality of the reclaimed water can be described as follows: under the condition of proper temperature and light, the microorganisms in the reclaimed water and the algae are strong in metabolism, and the microorganisms decompose the organic matters, so that the CODcr is reduced; and the algae are propagated through a large number of N, P, K and the like in the reclaimed water, And when the temperature is increased, the solubility of the CaCO3 and the MgCO3 in the water is reduced, and the water is precipitated from the water and is attached to the wall of the barrel or the bottom of the tank, so that the hardness in the water is reduced. The temperature in summer is higher than that in winter, and the change of water quality is greater than that in winter. (5) The correlation between water quality indexes, total phosphorus and hardness, temperature, CODcr and ammonia nitrogen in winter is very strong, and the hardness and CODcr and ammonia nitrogen have a strong correlation. The hardness and the temperature have a certain correlation, and the CODcr has a strong correlation with the ammonia nitrogen. There is a strong correlation between the total phosphorus and the hardness and the CODcr in the summer, and the temperature and the CODcr have a certain correlation. In the plastic bucket, the total phosphorus has a certain correlation with the temperature, and the total phosphorus has a strong correlation with the CODcr. In the iron sheet, the total phosphorus and the hardness have a strong correlation, and the total phosphorus has a certain correlation with the temperature and the COD. In the cement pool, there is a certain correlation between the temperature and total phosphorus and CODcr, and the total phosphorus has a strong correlation with CODcr. (6) When the reclaimed water under the three storage conditions is used for drip irrigation, the blocking effect on the emitter is different. When the reclaimed water in the water reservoir of the plastic bucket is used for drip irrigation, it is most likely to result in the blockage of the emitter, and the average flow rate of the two drip irrigation pipes is reduced by 30% and 75% after the 31 times of irrigation. And the reclaimed water in the cement pool causes the drip irrigation to be blocked to be the most slight, and the iron sheet barrel is the second. When the drip irrigation emitter is blocked, the drip irrigation emitter will be flushed and the flow will pick up. The anti-blocking capacity of the large-flow cylindrical drip-irrigation pipe is stronger than that of the small-flow-type patch-type drip irrigation pipe. In conclusion, the water quality indexes and their correlation in the storage process can be affected by the storage conditions, there are obvious seasonal differences, and the water quality in the summer is large. The plastic bucket has a certain effect on the reduction of total phosphorus and hardness, but because of the propagation of the algae, the water quality is deteriorated, and the plastic bucket is easy to block the drip irrigation system when used for drip irrigation. The cement pool is an ideal regenerated water reservoir.
