高鐵酸鹽去除四溴雙酚A及中間產(chǎn)物特性研究

【摘要】:四溴雙酚A(TBBPA)作為全世界使用量最大的溴化阻燃劑,在河流、土壤等自然環(huán)境中都有所檢出。TBBPA因廣泛存在且對人體具有各種毒害作用,已有學(xué)者對其去除方法進行了研究,但大多數(shù)處理方式存在處理效果不佳的問題。高鐵酸鉀對難降解有機物有高效氧化脫除和絮凝作用,對TBBPA的去除方面具有潛在應(yīng)用價值。本課題在高鐵酸鉀去除TBBPA規(guī)律研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探索去除過程中間產(chǎn)物的生成特性,并最終通過強化、聯(lián)用工藝對TBBPA進行高效、無害化去除。通過配水試驗,考察高鐵酸鉀去除TBBPA的規(guī)律,試驗結(jié)果表明:增加高鐵酸鉀投加濃度、減少初始TBBPA濃度、p H為酸性有利于高鐵酸鹽去除TBBPA,而在50℃的溫度范圍內(nèi),TBBPA去除率隨文呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低的規(guī)律,在溫度為30℃時達到最佳去除效果?疾盍薚BBPA存在水體中常見共存離子對高鐵酸鉀去除TBBPA的影響,結(jié)果表明,Fe~(3+)、Cu~(2+)、Cl~-、和SO_4~(2-)的存在有利于去除TBBPA,而HCO3-、NH4+和腐殖酸對TBBPA的去除有一定的阻礙作用。高鐵酸鉀去除TBBPA過程中急性生物毒性呈先升高后降低的變化規(guī)律,推測在該過程中生成了中間產(chǎn)物從而引起了急性生物毒性的升高。為了解高鐵酸鉀去除TBBPA過程中急性生物毒性變化的原因,對高鐵酸鉀去除TBBPA過程中生成的中間產(chǎn)物,包括無機和有機中間產(chǎn)物兩方面進行了研究。無機中間產(chǎn)物方面,高鐵酸鉀去除TBBPA的過程中,不產(chǎn)生溴酸鹽;溴離子的生成量與TBBPA的去除情況呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;但在TBBPA基本完全脫除時,無機溴的脫除率依然很低。有機中間產(chǎn)物方面,通過進行定性研究,確定了去除過程中有機中間產(chǎn)物的種類,主要物質(zhì)有雙酚A和二溴苯酚;并推測出TBBPA的主要去除路徑:脫溴反應(yīng)和C-C鍵的斷裂。最后以二溴苯酚的生成、急性生物毒性和去除規(guī)律為例對中間產(chǎn)物進行特性研究,進一步證明了有毒中間產(chǎn)物的生成是引起TBBPA去除過程急性生物毒性升高的原因;谝陨涎芯,為了達到對TBBPA良好去除的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步提高脫溴率,控制中間產(chǎn)物和急性生物毒性的目的,通過對高鐵酸鉀氧化工藝、高鐵酸鉀強化工藝、高鐵酸鉀/臭氧聯(lián)用工藝與高鐵酸鉀/過氧化氫聯(lián)用工藝對比優(yōu)選,表明高鐵酸鉀/臭氧聯(lián)用工藝在對TBBPA完全去除的同時,脫溴率達89.9%,發(fā)光細菌衰減率僅為2%,推薦使用高鐵酸鉀/臭氧聯(lián)用工藝對TBBPA進行去除。
[Abstract]:As the most widely used brominated flame retardant in the world, tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) has been detected in rivers, soils and other natural environments. TBBPA has been widely existing and has various toxic effects on human body, and its removal methods have been studied by some scholars, but most of the treatment methods have the problem of poor treatment effect. Potassium ferrate has high efficiency oxidation removal and flocculation effect on refractory organic matter, and has potential application value for TBBPA removal. On the basis of the study on the removal of TBBPA by potassium ferrate, the formation characteristics of intermediate products in the removal process were explored, and the TBBPA was removed efficiently and innocuously by strengthening and combining the process. The removal of TBBPA by potassium ferrate was investigated by water distribution test. The results showed that increasing the concentration of potassium ferrate and reducing the initial TBBPA concentration, p H was beneficial to the removal of TBBPA, by ferrate.
