高效苯酚降解菌群的選育及降解特性研究

【摘要】:通過富集馴化獲得具有高效降解苯酚能力的苯酚降解菌群PDBC-1,對(duì)菌群降解苯酚的性能及影響因素進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,紅球菌屬細(xì)菌是該菌群中的優(yōu)勢(shì)菌種。在初始苯酚質(zhì)量濃度低于1 200mg/L時(shí),菌群能夠在72 h內(nèi)完全降解苯酚,但在更高苯酚濃度下,苯酚對(duì)菌群生長(zhǎng)造成明顯抑制,苯酚降解能力顯著下降。該菌群降解苯酚的適宜鹽度為0~5%,溫度為25~40℃,pH為7.0~8.0。
[Abstract]:The phenol degradation bacteria PDBC-1, which has the ability to degrade phenol efficiently, were obtained by enrichment and domestication, and the performance and influencing factors of phenol degradation by bacteria were analyzed. The results showed that Rhodococcus was the dominant strain in the flora. When the initial concentration of phenol was lower than 1 200mg/L, the bacteria could completely degrade phenol within 72 hours, but at higher phenol concentration, phenol significantly inhibited the growth of bacteria and decreased the degradation ability of phenol.
