Fenton法處理垃圾滲濾液和復(fù)合金屬氧化物催化NaClO氧化降解染料廢水的研究

【摘要】:垃圾滲濾液是垃圾在填埋過程中產(chǎn)生的一種有毒有害的高濃度廢水,僅采用生物處理很難實現(xiàn)滲濾液的達標(biāo)排放。要滿足垃圾滲濾液處理達標(biāo)排放的要求,必須經(jīng)過深度處理。本文通過單因素分析實驗確定了Fenton試劑處理垃圾滲濾液的最佳反應(yīng)條件:初始pH為5,FeSO4為40 mmol/L,H2O2為60 mmol/L,反應(yīng)時間3 h,垃圾滲濾液的COD去除率可達到了60%,當(dāng)采取連續(xù)分級處理三次,垃圾滲濾液的COD由2400 mg/L降到488 mg/L,去除率可提高到80%。因此用Fenton試劑處理垃圾滲濾液的試劑成本約為8.8元/噸。近年來,染料工藝得到迅速發(fā)展,染料品種已達數(shù)萬種之多,給染料廢水的處理帶來了更大困難。本文通過實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)合金屬氧化物催化劑CuMgFe-4可以有效提高NaClO氧化降解染料廢水的效率。在CuMgFe-4 0.10 g,NaClO 20 mM,反應(yīng)溫度30℃條件下,可使?jié)舛葹?0 mM的甲基橙(MO)、亞甲基藍(MB)和羅丹明B(RhB)在1 h內(nèi)脫色率為100%。在CuMgF-4 0.1 g,NaClO 100.8 mM,30℃條件下反應(yīng)1 h,可以使染料廢水濃縮液COD從234 mg/L降到50 ppm,COD去除率達到了82%,脫色率100%。處理后的染料廢水濃縮液達到國家污水污水處理一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),所需要的NaClO的費用約為30.4元/噸。當(dāng)染料廢水濃縮液稀釋到COD為78 mg/L時,在CuMgFe催化劑0.1 g,NaClO 4.4 mM,30℃條件下反應(yīng)1 h,可以使染料廢水濃縮液COD降到50 ppm,處理后染料廢水達到污水處理一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),所需要的NaClO的費用約為1.3元/噸。復(fù)合金屬氧化物催化劑CuMgFe-4負載后,可以實現(xiàn)連續(xù)處理染料污水濃縮液處理,固定床反應(yīng)器中裝載15g催化劑,將染料污水濃縮液和60 mM的NaClO溶液以1:2的速率比用蠕動泵泵入,流速為72mL/h,連續(xù)處理染料污水濃縮液4 d,染料廢水濃縮液脫色率100%,COD去除率保持在80%左右。
[Abstract]:Landfill leachate is a kind of toxic and harmful high concentration wastewater produced in the process of landfill. It is difficult to meet the discharge standard of leachate by biological treatment alone. In order to meet the requirements of landfill leachate treatment to meet the discharge standards, it must go through advanced treatment. In this paper, the optimum reaction conditions of Fenton reagent for the treatment of landfill leachate were determined by single factor analysis: the initial pH is 5, the FeSO4 is 40 mmol/L,H2O2 and the reaction time is 60 mmol/L, for 3 h, and the COD removal rate of landfill leachate can reach 60%. When the COD of landfill leachate is reduced from 2400 mg/L to 488 mg/L, the removal rate can be increased to 80%. Therefore, the reagent cost of treating landfill leachate with Fenton reagent is about 8.8 yuan / ton. In recent years, dye technology has been developed rapidly, and there are tens of thousands of dye varieties, which brings more difficulties to the treatment of dye wastewater. In this paper, it is found that the composite metal oxide catalyst CuMgFe-4 can effectively improve the efficiency of NaClO oxidation degradation of dye wastewater.
