再生有機胺法在冶煉煙氣制酸尾氣治理中的應用研究

【摘要】:本文以冶煉煙氣制酸企業(yè)尾氣提標改造工程為研究課題,對國內現(xiàn)有各類煙氣脫硫工藝發(fā)展及應用情況進行了調研與分析,就再生有機胺法脫硫技術在冶煉煙氣制酸尾氣治理中的應用問題進行了探索與研究。研究結果證明:首先,通過工藝路線分析,確定增設末端脫硫裝置才是解決冶煉煙氣制酸企業(yè)尾氣提標改造問題的徹底解決方案;通過現(xiàn)場考察調研及綜合比選論證,確定再生有機胺法對冶煉煙氣制酸尾氣提標改造工程具有極佳的適用性。其次,結合課題研究內容與現(xiàn)場實際,對再生有機胺法脫硫工藝進行了優(yōu)化設計,對預處理、吸收、解吸、凈化四大工序的具體流程及控制參數進行設計,就解決課題項目問題設計了四種工況運行條件,并通過經濟分析確定了最佳設計方案。系統(tǒng)建成后,對照設計文件就四種工況運行效果分別進行了測試,測試結果顯示各項監(jiān)測指標達到甚至優(yōu)于原設計要求,經處理后廢氣中的SO2可實現(xiàn)14mg/Nm3的超凈排放;并對系統(tǒng)運行條件進行了實驗研究,確定了最佳運行條件為控制蒸汽量供給5-6.5 t/h,控制胺液硫酸根離子濃度1.1-1.3 eq/mol,pH4.8-5.2。最后,結合系統(tǒng)試運行情況,對照原設計文件從煙氣條件、投資費用、主要物料消耗指標、運行成本及經濟收益五個方面對再生有機胺脫硫裝置運行情況進行了分析,主要指標達到或者優(yōu)于設計值,實現(xiàn)了預期目的;并從工藝技術指標、經濟效益、環(huán)境效益及適用性四個方面,與其他脫硫技術經濟-技術指標進行了綜合對比,再次印證了再生有機胺法脫硫技術經濟效益及環(huán)境效益明顯,對冶煉煙氣制酸尾氣提標改造工程具有最佳的適用性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development and application of all kinds of flue gas desulfurization processes in China are investigated and analyzed based on the project of raising standard of tail gas in acid-making enterprises from smelting flue gas. The application of regeneration organic amine desulfurization technology in the treatment of acid tail gas from smelting flue gas was explored and studied in this paper. The results show that: firstly, through the analysis of the process route, it is determined that adding the end desulphurization device is the thorough solution to solve the problem of raising the standard of tail gas in acid-making enterprises from smelting flue gas; Through on-the-spot investigation and comprehensive comparison and demonstration, it is confirmed that the regenerated organic amine method is very suitable for upgrading the standard of acid-making tail gas from smelting flue gas. Secondly, combined with the research content and field practice, the optimization design of regeneration organic amine desulfurization process was carried out, and the concrete flow and control parameters of four major processes, namely pretreatment, absorption, desorption and purification, were designed. Four operating conditions are designed to solve the problem of the project, and the optimum design scheme is determined by economic analysis. After the system was completed, the test results showed that the monitoring indexes reached or even better than the original design requirements, and the SO2 in the treated waste gas could realize the ultra-clean emission of 14mg/Nm3. The operating conditions of the system are studied experimentally. The optimum operating conditions are as follows: the steam supply is 5 ~ 6.5t / h, the concentration of sulfate ion is 1.1 ~ 1.3 eq/mol,pH4.8-5.2., and the concentration of ammonium sulfate ion is 1.1 ~ 1.3 mol 路mol ~ (- 1). Finally, according to the trial operation of the system, the operation of the regenerated organic amine desulfurization unit is analyzed from the five aspects of flue gas condition, investment cost, main material consumption index, operation cost and economic benefit according to the original design document. The main index achieves or is better than the designed value and achieves the desired purpose. From the aspects of process technical index, economic benefit, environmental benefit and applicability, the comprehensive comparison with other technical, economic and technical indexes of desulfurization has been carried out, and the obvious economic and environmental benefits of regenerated organic amine desulfurization technology have been confirmed again. It has the best applicability to the project of raising the standard of acid tail gas from smelting flue gas.
