深井曝氣法處理城市污泥中試研究

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一套城市污泥深井曝氣中試系統(tǒng),研究了該系統(tǒng)對(duì)城市污泥中VSS的去除效果以及溫度、p H值等指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律,探討相關(guān)運(yùn)行條件對(duì)VSS去除率及系統(tǒng)內(nèi)升溫的影響。結(jié)果表明,深井曝氣中試系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行到第18天時(shí),一級(jí)反應(yīng)區(qū)溫度能達(dá)到50.2℃,溫度越高則VSS去除率也越高;曝氣量不能過(guò)高或過(guò)低,對(duì)于VSS含量為38.5 g/L的污泥,曝氣量取1.5~1.8 L/(h·L污泥)為宜,VSS去除率可達(dá)到40.1%;微氧環(huán)境有利于VSS的降解,在消化過(guò)程中反應(yīng)器內(nèi)ORP最低為-256 m V;反應(yīng)器中不僅有好氧菌,還存在厭氧菌和兼性菌。
