成都市某垃圾填埋場(chǎng)及其周邊地區(qū)地下水污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:成都市某垃圾填埋場(chǎng),一期工程建設(shè)中,滿足了當(dāng)時(shí)的建設(shè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,只采取了垂向防滲措施,沒(méi)有采取水平橫向防滲措施,經(jīng)過(guò)多年的運(yùn)行,滲濾液有可能擴(kuò)散到地下水系統(tǒng)中造成區(qū)域地下水污染。本文以垃圾場(chǎng)為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)地下水污染的污染源、污染途徑和污染受體分別進(jìn)行量化評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用GIS軟件的地理數(shù)據(jù)管理和空間計(jì)算功能,對(duì)垃圾場(chǎng)區(qū)域進(jìn)行地下水進(jìn)行污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分區(qū),對(duì)垃圾場(chǎng)區(qū)域地下水污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供理論依據(jù)。本文取得的主要研究成果如下:(1)進(jìn)行地下水固有脆弱性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),采用DRASTIC模型,并利用GIS的空間計(jì)算功能,分別對(duì)模型中的7個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)因子進(jìn)行評(píng)分和分區(qū),最終通過(guò)地圖代數(shù)將7個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)因子進(jìn)行運(yùn)算疊加,得到研究區(qū)的地下水固有脆弱性評(píng)分分區(qū)結(jié)果。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明,脆弱性稍高的區(qū)域主要分布在垃圾填埋場(chǎng)地下水流向上游處,該區(qū)域含水層以砂巖為主,滲透性較高,污染物易向地下水運(yùn)移。(2)建立了地下水資源功能價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,主要包括人口密度、地下水水質(zhì)、地下水超采程度和地下水資源模數(shù)4項(xiàng)指標(biāo),采用層次分析法來(lái)確定權(quán)重,最后利用GIS計(jì)算出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果并進(jìn)行分區(qū)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明,地下水資源功能價(jià)值在中等以上的區(qū)域都是人口較為密集的平原區(qū)域,水質(zhì)相對(duì)較差。(3)結(jié)合了簡(jiǎn)單評(píng)判法和詳細(xì)分級(jí)法,對(duì)地下水污染源污染載荷進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并利用GIS劃分出分區(qū)圖。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,地下水污染載荷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)級(jí)別為中等和高級(jí)別的區(qū)域主要分布在人口密集的下游區(qū)域,這些區(qū)域的人口較為集中、農(nóng)業(yè)和工業(yè)活動(dòng)頻繁,外加上游的生活污染有向下游的累積的作用,對(duì)下游地下水影響更甚。(4)基于GIS的地圖代數(shù)計(jì)算功能,對(duì)地下水固有脆弱性、地下水資源功能價(jià)值、地下水污染載荷評(píng)估的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行空間運(yùn)算,得到成都市某垃圾場(chǎng)的地下水污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。地下水污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高和污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高的區(qū)域主要分布在平原地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)和山區(qū)人口比較集中的城鎮(zhèn)、鄉(xiāng)村,這些區(qū)域的地下水污染源類型多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高,地下水資源功能價(jià)值也相對(duì)較高,對(duì)這類區(qū)域地下水的開采利用以及污染的監(jiān)管應(yīng)尤為重視。在地下水污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了分級(jí)管理、污染源分類治理、地下水開采管理的污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方案,從技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策等方面約束導(dǎo)致地下水產(chǎn)生污染的行為。
[Abstract]:In a landfill in Chengdu, in the first phase of the project, meeting the requirements of the construction technical standard at that time, only the vertical anti-seepage measures are adopted, and the horizontal and horizontal anti-seepage measures are not adopted, and after many years of operation, The leachate is likely to diffuse into the groundwater system to cause regional groundwater contamination. Based on the quantitative evaluation of the pollution sources, the pollution ways and the pollution acceptors of the groundwater pollution, the paper makes use of the geographic data management and the space calculation of the GIS software to carry out the pollution risk zoning of the groundwater in the area of the garbage dump. To provide a theoretical basis for the risk management of groundwater pollution in the area of the garbage dump. The main research results are as follows: (1) The inherent vulnerability of groundwater is evaluated, the DRASTIC model is used, and the spatial calculation function of GIS is used to score and partition the seven evaluation factors in the model, respectively. And finally, the seven evaluation factors are subjected to operation and superposition through the map algebra to obtain the partition result of the groundwater inherent vulnerability score of the study area. The results show that the region with a slightly higher vulnerability is mainly distributed at the upstream of the groundwater flow in the landfill, which is mainly sandstone, with high permeability and easy migration of the pollutants to the groundwater. (2) The evaluation index system of the function value of the groundwater resources is established, which mainly includes the population density, the groundwater quality, the groundwater super-mining degree and the groundwater resource modulus of 4 indexes, the level analysis method is adopted to determine the weight, and finally, the evaluation result is calculated and the partition is carried out by using the GIS. The results of the evaluation show that the groundwater resource's functional value is more than the middle, and the water quality is relatively poor. (3) The pollution load of the groundwater pollution source is evaluated by combining the simple judgment method and the detailed classification method, and the partition map is divided by the GIS. The results of the evaluation show that the risk level of the groundwater pollution load is the main distribution of the middle and high-grade regions in the densely populated, downstream region, the population of these regions is more concentrated, the agricultural and industrial activities are frequent, and the upstream domestic pollution has a cumulative effect on the downstream, The impact on the downstream groundwater is even greater. (4) Based on the GIS-based map algebra calculation, the evaluation results of the groundwater inherent vulnerability, the groundwater resource function value and the groundwater pollution load evaluation are carried out, so as to obtain the groundwater pollution risk evaluation result of a certain dump site in Chengdu. The areas with high risk of groundwater pollution and high risk of pollution are mainly distributed in the urban and rural areas of the plain area and the population of the mountainous areas. The types of groundwater pollution sources in these areas are high, and the functional value of the groundwater resources is relatively high. The exploitation and utilization of groundwater in such areas and the regulation of pollution should be paid special attention. On the basis of the result of the risk assessment of groundwater pollution, the pollution risk management scheme of classification management, pollution source classification and management and the management of groundwater exploitation is put forward, and the pollution caused by the groundwater is restrained from the aspects of technology, economy, policy and so on.
