生態(tài)文明建設(shè)中人與自然的契約關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:The ecological crisis is rooted in the alienation of the relationship between man and nature. "Ecology" and "Civilization" represent the special stipulation and humanity of ecological civilization respectively. Therefore, the harmony between man and nature is the key and core to solve the ecological crisis and realize ecological civilization. The relationship between man and nature is historical. From the time of ape's bow, the relationship between man and nature has experienced natural state, antagonistic state, and the current state of reflection and reconstruction, and the goal of reconstruction is to realize the harmonious state between man and nature. The key to the return of harmony between man and nature lies in the fact that human beings choose ecological civilization at the fork of life and death. The study of ecological ethics has expanded the object of moral care to nature, the idea of natural integrity has been generally accepted by society, the spirit of contract produced in the practice of people's communication is highly compatible with ecological civilization, the equality and honesty between people, Freedom has the possibility and necessity to extend to the relationship between man and nature. The goal of the relationship between man and nature is to realize the harmonious state of ecological civilization, and ecological equality and ecological integrity. Ecological freedom is the three principles that should be followed in the construction of the relationship between man and nature. The unity of man and nature is not in the cloud, but in every tiny action of human beings, the possibility of reconstruction should not only stay at the theoretical level, but also reflect in the practice of social construction.
