【摘要】：為了實現(xiàn)城市生活垃圾的無害化處置,提出了兩段熱解旋流燃燒裝置。該裝置的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在于燃燒室內(nèi)增加了一螺旋體。通過對燃燒室的數(shù)值模擬,確定了螺旋體的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),并考察了螺旋體對氣相燃燒溫度場、煙氣平均停留時間和組分濃度分布的影響。結(jié)果表明:增加螺旋體后,燃燒室內(nèi)氣體混合均勻,燃燒完全,燃燒情況優(yōu)于無螺旋體時,滿足抑制二VA英的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the harmless disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW), a two-stage pyrolytic swirl combustion device was proposed. The key technology of the device is the addition of a helix in the combustion chamber. Through the numerical simulation of the combustion chamber, the structural parameters of the helix were determined, and the effects of the helix on the gas combustion temperature field, the average residence time of flue gas and the distribution of the component concentration were investigated. The results show that the mixture of gas in the combustion chamber is uniform, combustion is complete, and the combustion condition is better than that without the spirulina, which can meet the requirement of inhibiting 2 VA in the combustion chamber.
