ESFF復(fù)合式電袋除塵器內(nèi)臭氧產(chǎn)生規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:ESFF(靜電強(qiáng)化纖維過濾)復(fù)合式電袋除塵器采用一種可導(dǎo)電的特種濾料作為放電系統(tǒng)的接地極。ESFF在運(yùn)行過程中會產(chǎn)生臭氧,進(jìn)而引發(fā)纖維材料腐蝕,造成設(shè)備使用壽命縮短。實(shí)驗(yàn)通過模擬ESFF除塵器的基本運(yùn)行狀態(tài),進(jìn)行臭氧產(chǎn)生規(guī)律方面的研究工作。研究對比了金屬接地極系統(tǒng)和導(dǎo)電濾料接地極系統(tǒng)的電學(xué)特性及其臭氧產(chǎn)生規(guī)律,并考察了過濾風(fēng)速、輸出功率對臭氧產(chǎn)生量的影響。并對實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了理論分析和模擬計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明,ESFF除塵器和傳統(tǒng)的電除塵器中存在相同的臭氧產(chǎn)生規(guī)律,臭氧產(chǎn)生率隨輸出功率的增大而增大,兩者近似呈線性關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:ESFF (Electrostatic enhanced Fiber Filtration) composite bag dust collector uses a special conductive filter material as the ground electrode of the discharge system. During the operation of ESFF, ozone will be produced, which will lead to corrosion of fiber materials and shorten the service life of the equipment. The basic operating state of ESFF precipitator was simulated to study the law of ozone production. In this paper, the electrical characteristics and ozone generation of metal earth-electrode system and conductive filter material earth-electrode system are studied and compared, and the effects of filter wind speed and output power on ozone generation are investigated. The experimental results are theoretically analyzed and simulated. The results show that there is the same law of ozone production in ESFF precipitator and traditional electrostatic precipitator, and the ozone production rate increases with the increase of output power, and the relationship between them is approximately linear.
