餐廚垃圾厭氧消化接種物馴化過程中微生物群落多樣性的變化

【摘要】:為研究不同濃度磷酸鹽和不同投料密度對餐廚垃圾厭氧消化接種物馴化過程中微生物群落多樣性變化的影響,在中溫(35±1℃)條件下,分別添加磷酸鹽680,1 360,2 720 mg/L,每天分別投料0.5,1.0 g和2.0 g餐廚垃圾馴化接種物,采用Illumina高通量測序技術研究不同馴化階段的微生物多樣性。結果表明:通過投加磷酸鹽和餐廚垃圾馴化接種物可以提高接種物中微生物群落多樣性,且有助于形成適應降解餐廚垃圾的微生物群落。微生物群落多樣性隨著馴化過程逐漸地改變,磷酸鹽的濃度和餐廚垃圾的投料密度可顯著影響微生物群落多樣性,其中投加1 360 mg/L的磷酸二氫鉀,且每天投料1.0 g,馴化到第8~16 d時,接種物能維持系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定,且含有相對高的微生物多樣性。
