酸性紅B高效降解耐鹽菌株BY-2的分離鑒定及降解特性研究

【摘要】:從已運(yùn)行一年的三相內(nèi)循環(huán)好氧生物流化床系統(tǒng)中分離篩選出一株降解酸性紅B的高效耐鹽菌株BY-2,通過(guò)對(duì)菌株的理化形態(tài)特征及16s r RNA序列分析,初步確定菌株BY-2為Pseudomonas sp.屬?疾炝顺跏紁H、鹽度、染料濃度以及接種量等條件對(duì)酸性紅B降解與菌體生長(zhǎng)的影響。結(jié)果表明:初始pH為7,鹽濃度為50 g×L~(-1),酸性紅B初始濃度為500 mg×L~(-1),接種量2%,反應(yīng)18 h時(shí),酸性紅B的降解率可達(dá)90%以上。降解中間產(chǎn)物的紫外-可見(jiàn)光光譜和GC-MS分析說(shuō)明菌株BY-2對(duì)酸性紅B有良好的降解作用,菌株BY-2在實(shí)際染料廢水處理中具有潛在應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:A highly salt-tolerant strain BY-2, was isolated from a three-phase aerobic biological fluidized bed system which has been running for one year. The physicochemical and morphological characteristics and 16s r RNA sequence of the strain were analyzed. Preliminary identification of strain BY-2 as Pseudomonas sp. Belong to The effects of initial pH, salinity, dye concentration and inoculation amount on the degradation of acid red B and cell growth were investigated. The results showed that initial pH was 7, salt concentration was 50g 脳 L ~ (-1), initial concentration of acid red B was 500 mg 脳 L ~ (-1). The degradation rate of acid red B was over 90% when inoculation amount was 2 and reaction time was 18 hours. UV-Vis spectra and GC-MS analysis of the intermediate products showed that strain BY-2 could degrade acid red B well, and strain BY-2 had potential application value in the treatment of dye wastewater.
