Fenton-NaClO法聯(lián)用深度處理造紙廢水實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:造紙廢水主要為高濃度的有機(jī)廢水,其特點(diǎn)是排放量大、污染負(fù)荷高、成分復(fù)雜、毒性大,對(duì)環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重的污染,同時(shí)也直接威脅著人類健康。造紙廢水經(jīng)絮凝沉淀和生化處理后,水質(zhì)雖然得到了改善,但一些污染物的指標(biāo)依然偏高,所以需要對(duì)其進(jìn)行深度處理才可以直接排放。傳統(tǒng)的深度處理都存在一定的不足,而高級(jí)氧化技術(shù)處理造紙廢水的實(shí)用性已被前人的研究成果證實(shí)。本文分別采用Fenton法與NaClO法深度處理造紙廢水,確定最佳運(yùn)行條件,并以對(duì)CODcr和色度的去除率為評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),比較Fenton法與NaClO法處理造紙廢水的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,聯(lián)合Fenton法和NaClO法對(duì)廢水進(jìn)行深度處理,改變兩種方法處理廢水的先后順序,確定最佳處理順序和技術(shù)方案。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明:次氯酸鈉在添加量為10ml/L、pH值為9、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為60min時(shí)處理效果最佳,對(duì)COD的去除率為47.9%,色度去除率為77.8%。芬頓試劑當(dāng)FeSO4投加量為7.5m1/L時(shí),H202投加量為1ml/L、pH值為4、氧化時(shí)間為50min時(shí)效果最佳,對(duì)COD的去除率為54.4%,色度去除率為74.4%。NaClO-Fenton法聯(lián)用深度處理造紙廢水,經(jīng)NaClO法預(yù)處理后,再利用芬頓試劑處理。在最優(yōu)條件下,對(duì)COD的去除率為67.9%,COD值為61.9mg/L對(duì)色度的去除率為93.3%。Fenton-NaClO法聯(lián)用深度處理造紙廢水,經(jīng)Fenton試劑預(yù)處理后,再利用NaClO法處理。在最優(yōu)條件下,對(duì)色度的去除率為91.3%,對(duì)COD的去除率為71.5%,COD值為54.2 mg/L。因Fenton-NaClO法聯(lián)用深度處理造紙廢水達(dá)到海河流域水污染物綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最終選用Fenton-NaClO法聯(lián)用為最優(yōu)技術(shù)方案。
[Abstract]:Papermaking wastewater is mainly high concentration organic wastewater, which is characterized by large discharge, high pollution load, complex composition, high toxicity, serious pollution to the environment, and also a direct threat to human health. After flocculation sedimentation and biochemical treatment the water quality of papermaking wastewater is improved but the indexes of some pollutants are still on the high side so it is necessary to carry out advanced treatment in order to discharge directly. There are some shortcomings in the traditional advanced treatment, but the practicability of advanced oxidation technology for papermaking wastewater treatment has been confirmed by previous research results. In this paper, Fenton and NaClO were used to treat papermaking wastewater, and the optimal operating conditions were determined. The removal rate of CODcr and chromaticity was taken as the evaluation standard to compare the advantages and disadvantages of Fenton and NaClO in the treatment of papermaking wastewater. On this basis, combined with Fenton and NaClO to carry on the advanced treatment of the wastewater, change the order of the two methods to treat the wastewater, determine the best treatment sequence and technical scheme. The experimental results show that the best treatment effect is when the amount of sodium hypochlorite is 10 ml / L ~ (-1) pH value is 9, the reaction time is 60min, the removal rate of COD is 47.9% and the chromaticity removal rate is 77.8%. When the dosage of FeSO4 is 7.5m1/L, the pH value of H202 is 4 and the oxidation time is 50min. The removal rate of COD is 54.4%. The chrominance removal rate is 74.4%.NaClO-Fenton process combined with advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater. After pretreatment with NaClO method, Fenton reagent is used to treat paper making wastewater. Under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of COD is 67.9%. The removal rate of 61.9mg/L on chroma is that of 93.3%.Fenton-NaClO combined with advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater. After pretreatment with Fenton reagent, NaClO method is used to treat the wastewater. Under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of chromaticity is 91.3, the removal rate of COD is 71.5 mg/L., and the value of COD is 54.2 mg/L.. Because the advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater by Fenton-NaClO method meets the first class standard of comprehensive discharge standard of water pollutants in Haihe River basin, the best technical scheme is the combination of Fenton-NaClO method.
