低階煤熱解產物半焦釋放NO_x和HCN的實驗研究

【摘要】:采用立管爐及傅里葉紅外光譜煙氣分析儀對半焦燃燒釋放NO_x和HCN進行在線監(jiān)測,研究了溫度、粒徑、添加劑對半焦等溫燃燒生成NO_x和HCN的釋放特性。結果表明:在850~950℃,隨溫度升高,半焦釋放NO_x和HCN均降低,且HCN到達峰值點提前14 s;在一定粒徑范圍內,粒徑越小,NO_x和HCN釋放量越低,且NO_x到達峰值點提前14 s,HCN到達峰值點延后7 s;Fe_2O_3、活性炭、CaO都促進半焦釋放NO_x,其中,最明顯的是Fe_2O_3,而活性炭、CaO抑制HCN釋放,Fe_2O_3促進HCN釋放。
