低溫條件下投加碳源的垂直流人工濕地模擬裝置影響去除微污染水體氮素的試驗研究

【摘要】:碳源是影響濕地系統(tǒng)脫氮過程反硝化作用的主要因素之一,尤其對于微污染水體。為探討低溫情況下投加碳源對反硝化作用的影響,設(shè)計上下潛行流實驗裝置。在環(huán)境溫度為10℃以下,通過注水管采取持續(xù)1h添加方式將葡萄糖加入到潛行流底層,持續(xù)試驗3個月。結(jié)果表明:未投加碳源情況下,總氮與硝酸氮去除效果分別為21.12%與20.09%;而加入碳源情況下,對總氮、硝酸鹽氮最佳去除效果都有明顯提高;同時不同碳源添加量對氮素去除效果也有不同影響:1投加50g碳源,對總氮、硝酸鹽氮去除效果分別達(dá)到了30.45%、32.39%;2投加100 g碳源,對總氮、硝酸鹽氮去除效果都為28.0%;50 g葡萄糖的投加量對總氮、硝酸鹽氮的去除率高于100 g投加量。以上表明投加碳源對垂直流人工濕地裝置的脫氮效率造成了顯著性影響,碳源會顯著性提高系統(tǒng)硝態(tài)氮負(fù)荷(P=0.017)與總氮負(fù)荷(P=0.013)。
