SMBBR在生活和制藥污廢水處理工藝中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的推進(jìn),我國(guó)已經(jīng)對(duì)環(huán)境污染宣戰(zhàn),工業(yè)水處理行業(yè)也正在向節(jié)能、高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)的方向發(fā)展。SMBBR(特異性移動(dòng)床生物膜反應(yīng)器)是在MBBR的基礎(chǔ)上而研發(fā)出的一項(xiàng)新型生物處理技術(shù)。本課題利用微生物吸收降解污染物的生理特性,以新型SDC填料為載體,研究了SMBBR在生活污水和制藥廢水處理工藝中的應(yīng)用,為該技術(shù)用于污水處理工藝改造提供數(shù)據(jù)參考。 通過(guò)改變填料類(lèi)型和體積投加比對(duì)該技術(shù)處理生活污水進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:最優(yōu)性能填料為SDC-J,填料最佳投加比為30%。當(dāng)SDC—X和SDC—J填料的體積投加比為2:1時(shí),兩種填料的掛膜速率和處理性能基本相同。SMBBR對(duì)于處理北方低溫生活污水具有良好的性能,出水CODcr、NH3-N、TN明顯低于城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB18918-2002)一級(jí)A的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 通過(guò)改變運(yùn)行方式,對(duì)SMBBR及其優(yōu)化技術(shù)處理制藥廢水的性能進(jìn)行研究,,得到微-好氧SMBBR串聯(lián)工藝時(shí)性能較佳。該串聯(lián)工藝能夠?qū)﹄y降解污染物進(jìn)行水解酸化-好氧分解處理,提高SMBBR工藝的容積負(fù)荷,為制藥廢水處理工藝的升級(jí)改造提供參考。由于微氧曝氣的曝氣量較難控制,因此,該系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中存在操作不方便,易出現(xiàn)故障等問(wèn)題。在工程實(shí)踐中建議使用攪拌器保證微氧系統(tǒng)填料的流化性。 通過(guò)對(duì)生活污水和制藥廢水的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得到在掛膜期投加硅酸鈣有助于縮短掛膜期1-2天。掛膜階段,過(guò)高的污泥濃度會(huì)抑制生物膜上的微生物的生長(zhǎng)。在工程實(shí)踐中,掛膜方式隨水質(zhì)條件的變化而定。生物掛膜成熟后,對(duì)水質(zhì)環(huán)境的突變具有較強(qiáng)的抗沖擊能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the transformation of economic development mode and the promotion of ecological civilization construction, China has declared war on environmental pollution, and the industrial water treatment industry is also becoming energy saving and efficient. . SMBBR (specific moving bed biofilm reactor is a new biological treatment technology developed on the basis of MBBR. Based on the physiological characteristics of microbial absorption and degradation of pollutants, the application of SMBBR in the treatment of domestic sewage and pharmaceutical wastewater was studied with a new type of SDC filler as the carrier. The data reference was provided for the application of the technology in the modification of wastewater treatment process. The treatment of domestic sewage was studied by changing the packing type and volume addition ratio. The results showed that the optimal performance of the filler was that the SDC-J, filler had the best addition ratio of 30%. When the volume ratio of SDC-X and SDC-J fillers is 2:1, the membrane suspension rate and treatment performance of the two fillers are basically the same. SMBBR has a good performance in treating northern low-temperature domestic sewage, and the effluent CODcr,NH3-N, is good. TN is significantly lower than the first class A standard of pollutant discharge standard (GB18918-2002) for municipal wastewater treatment plants. By changing the operation mode, the performance of SMBBR and its optimized technology in the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater was studied. The results showed that the performance of microaerobic SMBBR in series process was better. The series process can hydrolyze acidification-aerobic decomposition of refractory pollutants, increase the volume load of SMBBR process, and provide a reference for the upgrading of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment process. Because the aeration rate of micro-oxygen aeration is difficult to control, the system has some problems such as inconvenient operation and fault. In engineering practice, it is suggested that agitator should be used to ensure fluidization of fillers in micro oxygen system. Through the experimental study on domestic sewage and pharmaceutical wastewater, it is concluded that adding calcium silicate in the film forming period can shorten the film forming period for 1-2 days. High sludge concentration can inhibit the growth of microorganisms in biofilm. In engineering practice, the method of hanging membrane depends on the change of water quality. When the biofilm matures, it has strong impact resistance to the mutation of water quality environment.
