【摘要】：膜生物反應(yīng)器(MBR)因其具有出水水質(zhì)優(yōu)質(zhì)穩(wěn)定、剩余污泥少、運(yùn)行控制靈活等優(yōu)點(diǎn),被廣泛應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)外水處理領(lǐng)域。然而,膜生物污染是制約MBR進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的瓶頸問題,一些研究者已嘗試多種方法控制膜的生物污染,但都有其各自的缺陷。其中,通過利用微生物自身代謝來控制膜生物污染的生物控制策略,正得到人們?cè)絹碓蕉嗟年P(guān)注。回顧了生物污染的形成過程,總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)物理化學(xué)控制方法的缺點(diǎn),同時(shí)介紹了近年來國內(nèi)外膜生物污染的生物控制方法研究進(jìn)展,包括酶降解法、群體感應(yīng)抑制法、能量解耦法、一氧化氮誘導(dǎo)法、噬菌體法和D-氨基酸法。最后根據(jù)目前國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,展望了生物控制方法未來的研究前景。
[Abstract]:Membrane bioreactor (MBR) has been widely used in water treatment field at home and abroad because of its advantages of high quality and stable effluent quality, less excess sludge, flexible operation control and so on. However, membrane biological pollution is a bottleneck problem that restricts the further development of MBR. Some researchers have tried various methods to control membrane biological pollution, but all of them have their own defects. Among them, more and more attention has been paid to the biological control strategy of controlling membrane biological pollution by using microorganism's own metabolism. This paper reviews the formation process of biological pollution, summarizes the shortcomings of traditional physical and chemical control methods, and introduces the research progress of biological control methods of membrane biological pollution at home and abroad in recent years, including enzymatic degradation method and group induction inhibition method. Energy decoupling method, nitric oxide induction method, phage assay and D-amino acid method. Finally, according to the current research situation at home and abroad, the prospect of biological control methods in the future is prospected.
