一種基于自適應回歸核函數(shù)的污水處理能耗模型

【摘要】:針對污水處理過程能耗模型難以建立的問題,提出了一種基于自適應回歸核函數(shù)的建模方法。通過分析污水處理過程的運行特點,構建能耗與運行過程變量之間的關系,得到一種基于過程變量的能耗模型表達;同時利用梯度下降算法對能耗模型參數(shù)進行自適應調整,提高模型精度。最后,將設計的能耗模型應用于污水處理過程基準仿真平臺BSM1和實際污水處理廠,實驗結果表明該模型能夠根據(jù)污水處理過程變量實時獲得污水處理過程的能耗,具有較好的自適應特性和較高的精度。
[Abstract]:A modeling method based on adaptive regression kernel function is proposed to solve the problem that energy consumption model of wastewater treatment process is difficult to establish. By analyzing the operation characteristics of wastewater treatment process and constructing the relationship between energy consumption and operating process variables, a model expression of energy consumption based on process variables is obtained. At the same time, the gradient descent algorithm is used to adaptively adjust the parameters of the energy consumption model to improve the accuracy of the model. Finally, the designed energy consumption model is applied to the sewage treatment process benchmark simulation platform BSM1 and the actual sewage treatment plant. The experimental results show that the model can get the energy consumption of the wastewater treatment process in real time according to the wastewater treatment process variables. It has better adaptive characteristic and higher precision.
