舞陽河硅藻生物多樣性及與水體重金屬和總磷總氮關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:舞陽河是長江水系的重要支流。隨經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長水體污染嚴(yán)重,水體中的磷、氮和重金屬污染等已開始危及到飲用水的安全。研究喀斯特生態(tài)環(huán)境下硅藻與重金屬及TP、TN之間的關(guān)系,篩選出重金屬污染硅藻指示屬種,為舞陽河生物監(jiān)測(cè)提供理論依據(jù)。本研究選取舞陽河為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)浮游硅藻和底棲硅藻共設(shè)置30個(gè)采樣點(diǎn),利用Person相關(guān)性分析、主成分分析等研究水體中硅藻群落、屬種與重金屬及TP、TN空間分布關(guān)系,篩選重金屬污染指示屬種。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1.舞陽河水體中硅藻共鑒定724種硅藻,浮游硅藻鑒定出硅藻196種(包括變種),隸屬于2綱6目9科18屬;底棲硅藻鑒定出硅藻528種(包括變種),隸屬于2綱6目11科28屬。2.通過對(duì)舞陽河河河水中TN、TP、Cu、Cd、Cr、Pb的測(cè)定發(fā)現(xiàn)各元素在舞陽河河各樣點(diǎn)分布存在明顯差異,但各金屬濃度未有明顯超標(biāo)。3.舞陽河河中浮游硅藻豐度與Pb的r值為0.493**,(P0.01),差異極顯著,說明舞陽河中浮游硅藻的豐度與Pb含量有極顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,回歸方程為y=8.118+0.371x;而底棲硅藻豐度與Cr的相關(guān)關(guān)系為極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01,r=0.469**),回歸方程為y=16.510+2.737x;與Hg的相關(guān)關(guān)系為顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05,r=0.426*),回歸方程為y=13.264+6.588x。4.Pb與舟形藻屬(Navicula)相對(duì)豐度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.305**,P0.01),Navicula aquaedurae Lange-Bertalot與Navicula pupula Kutzing var.pupula可能為本河流段中Pb重金屬河流污染的指示物種。Cr與曲殼藻屬(Achnanthes)相對(duì)豐度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.561**,P0.01),Achnanthes minutissima Kutzing var.minutissima和Achnanthes saccula Carter可能為本河流段中Cr重金屬河流污染的指示物種。
[Abstract]:The Wuyang River is an important tributary of the Yangtze River. With the increase of economy, the pollution of water body is serious, the pollution of phosphorus, nitrogen and heavy metal in the water body has begun to endanger the safety of drinking water. The relationship between diatoms, heavy metals and TP,TN in karst ecological environment was studied. The indicating genera and species of diatoms contaminated by heavy metals were selected, which provided theoretical basis for biological monitoring of Wuyang River. In this study, 30 sampling sites were set up for phytoplankton diatoms and benthic diatoms. The relationship between diatom community and heavy metal and TP,TN spatial distribution in water was studied by Person correlation analysis and principal component analysis. Screening of heavy metal pollution indicator species. The main results are as follows: 1. A total of 724 species of diatoms were identified in the water of Wuyang River. 196 species (including varieties) of phytoplankton were identified, belonging to 2 classes, 6 orders, 9 families, 18 genera. 528 species (including varieties) of diatoms belonging to 2 classes, 6 orders, 11 families, 28 genera were identified. Through the determination of TN,TP,Cu,Cd,Cr,Pb in water of Wuyang River, it was found that there were obvious differences in the distribution of each element in various points of Wuyang River, but the concentration of each metal did not exceed the standard obviously. The r value of Pb and planktonic diatom abundance in Wuyang River was 0.493, (P0.01), which indicated that the abundance of phytoplankton in Wuyang River was positively correlated with Pb content, and the regression equation was y 8.118 0.371x. The correlation between abundance of benthic diatoms and Cr was significantly positive (P0.01RX 0.469 *), and the regression equation was YP16.510 2.737x. There was a significant positive correlation with Hg (P0.05 ~ 0. 426 *), and a positive correlation between the relative abundance of YJ13. 264 6.588x.4.Pb and (Navicula) (R0. 305, P0. 01). Navicula aquaedurae Lange-Bertalot and Navicula pupula Kutzing var.pupula may be the indicator species of Pb heavy metal pollution in this section. The relative abundance of Cr is positively correlated with the relative abundance of (Achnanthes) (r = 0.561, P 0.01). Achnanthes minutissima Kutzing var.minutissima and Achnanthes saccula Carter may be indicative species of Cr heavy metal pollution in this section.
