從三廢中回收銀制作納米催化劑催化氧化含氰廢水

【摘要】:氰化物是重要的工業(yè)原料且得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,但氰化物有劇毒,微量即可使人或動(dòng)物致死。所以工業(yè)含氰廢水要經(jīng)過(guò)處理后才可以排放,實(shí)驗(yàn)通過(guò)生物材料橘皮碳負(fù)載納米銀顆粒對(duì)氰根進(jìn)行了去除實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)從冶煉廢渣中提取銀粉,使用硝酸對(duì)冶煉廢渣進(jìn)行加熱溶解,向上層清液中加入氯化鈉溶液生成氯化銀沉淀.實(shí)驗(yàn)針對(duì)冶煉廢渣特點(diǎn)對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),在硝酸加熱溶解前使用強(qiáng)堿溶液對(duì)冶煉廢渣進(jìn)行了水浴加熱處理,堿處理后的氯化銀提取量高于未用堿處理過(guò)的提取量。實(shí)驗(yàn)以不同溫度燒制橘皮碳,在流化床裝置中經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)際處理后發(fā)現(xiàn)300℃燒制30min的橘皮碳對(duì)氰根的去除效果最好,氮吸附測(cè)試證明橘皮碳為無(wú)孔結(jié)構(gòu),吸附由離子表面吸附和粒子間空隙吸附協(xié)同作用完成,吸附效果較好。弗洛因德里希擬合式為Q=1.3989C0.58868,擬合度為0.9087,橘皮碳吸附氰根符合拉格朗日準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程式。利用提純的銀粉通過(guò)葡萄糖還原氧化銀原理成功制備出了納米銀顆粒,將納米銀顆粒負(fù)載在橘皮碳上,在流化床內(nèi)進(jìn)行氰根去除實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了通氣量,pH,投加量,處理時(shí)間對(duì)氰根去除率的影響,得出了最佳條件:14 L/min(通氣量),1.0 g(投加量),150 min(處理時(shí)間),pH=8,25℃(溫度),氰根去除率達(dá)到95%以上。通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,處理時(shí)間對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果影響最大,通氣量對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果影響最小。對(duì)橘皮碳進(jìn)行了回收再生,橘皮碳經(jīng)過(guò)再生后可以繼續(xù)保持高效的吸附能力。
[Abstract]:Cyanide is an important industrial raw material and has been widely used, but cyanide is highly toxic and can kill people or animals. Therefore, the industrial cyanide wastewater can only be discharged after treatment. The removal of cyanide was studied by carbon loaded nano-silver particles in the biomaterial orange peel. Silver powder was extracted from the slag of smelting, and the slag was heated and dissolved by nitric acid, and sodium chloride solution was added to the upper liquid to form silver chloride precipitation. According to the characteristics of smelting waste slag, the method was improved by using strong alkali solution before heating and dissolving of nitric acid. The extraction amount of silver chloride after alkali treatment was higher than that without alkali treatment. Orange peel carbon was fired at different temperatures.
