重金屬脅迫下內(nèi)生菌對(duì)宿主植物的解毒機(jī)制

【摘要】:采用內(nèi)生菌聯(lián)合植物修復(fù)是土壤重金屬污染修復(fù)理論研究和應(yīng)用實(shí)踐的新思路。較之根際促生菌,內(nèi)生菌因生存環(huán)境穩(wěn)定且與植物聯(lián)系更加緊密,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中具有更大價(jià)值。在重金屬脅迫下,部分具有特定功能的細(xì)菌可進(jìn)入植物體內(nèi)成為內(nèi)生菌,這些內(nèi)生菌通常在重金屬吸收、耐受和解毒方面具有優(yōu)良的特性,而且可以協(xié)同宿主植物耐受重金屬脅迫,表現(xiàn)在直接或間接降低植物體內(nèi)重金屬脅迫強(qiáng)度和提高植物本身對(duì)重金屬的耐受性兩方面。系統(tǒng)分析了內(nèi)生菌對(duì)宿主植物的解毒機(jī)制,綜述了近年來(lái)內(nèi)生菌增強(qiáng)植物重金屬耐受性的研究,展望了重金屬脅迫下植物和內(nèi)生菌互作機(jī)制的研究思路和方向。
[Abstract]:Using endophytic bacteria combined with phytoremediation is a new idea for theoretical research and application practice of heavy metal pollution remediation in soil. Compared with rhizosphere promoting bacteria, endophytic bacteria are more valuable in practical application because of their stable living environment and closer relationship with plants. Under heavy metal stress, some of the bacteria with specific functions can enter the plant to become endophytic bacteria, and these endophytes usually have excellent characteristics in heavy metal absorption, tolerance and detoxification. Moreover, it can be combined with host plants to tolerate heavy metal stress, which can directly or indirectly reduce the intensity of heavy metal stress in plants and improve the tolerance of plants to heavy metals. The detoxification mechanism of endophytic bacteria to host plants was systematically analyzed. The recent studies on endophytic bacteria to enhance the tolerance of heavy metals in plants were reviewed. The research ideas and directions of interaction mechanism between plants and endophytes under heavy metal stress were prospected.
