Biostyr曝氣生物濾池的沿程微生物多樣性

【摘要】:采用高通量測序Illumina MiSeq方法對Biostyr曝氣生物濾池(BAF)沿程微生物多樣性進(jìn)行研究,分析了濾池內(nèi)不同高度樣品中菌群類別、群落組成及不同樣品間物種差異及進(jìn)化關(guān)系等;同時(shí)測定各高度樣品的COD、NH_4~+-N和磷變化規(guī)律,與微生物特性進(jìn)行了對應(yīng)性分析。結(jié)果表明,Biostyr曝氣生物濾池優(yōu)勢菌群主要為擬桿菌、疣微菌門、厚壁菌門和變形菌門,濾池沿程微生物的變化主要表現(xiàn)在數(shù)量上的變化,而群落結(jié)構(gòu)的變化不明顯,這是沿程理化條件變化引發(fā)微生物在空間上發(fā)生變化的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The microbial diversity along (BAF) in Biostyr aerated biofilter was studied by high-throughput sequencing Illumina MiSeq method. The species types, community composition, species differences and evolutionary relationships were analyzed in different height samples of Biostyr aerated biofilter. At the same time, the variation of COD,NH_4~-N and P in the samples of different heights were determined, and the corresponding analysis was carried out with the microbial characteristics. The results showed that the dominant microflora of Biostyr aerated biofilter was bacillus, verruca microphylum, phylum platyphylum and phylum Proteus. The variation of microorganism along the filter course was mainly in quantity, but the change of community structure was not obvious. This is the result of spatial changes in microbes caused by changes in physical and chemical conditions along the course.
